The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lakefront property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Welcome to "Sunset Haven”! A 2 bedroom, 1 bath picturesque lakefront cottage located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features upper & lower decks, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, a 7ft waterslide, and 2 boat lifts.
