I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

Our stay was very nice. We opted for AirBNB specifically because our infant was travelling with us and the experience was truly “home away from home” experience. Amster is a really nice person and a wonderful host as well. Very helpful in each possible way. The BNB is true to pictures and at a stone throw distance from the Benaulim beach. Highly recommended !

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property is located in a peaceful setting with easy, walkable access to the beach, and is surrounded by several great eateries—perfect for anyone who enjoys exploring local food options. We did face a minor issue with the AC initially, but thanks to the quick response from our host and the caretaker, Anand, it was promptly resolved, which we really appreciated. A couple of things to keep in mind for future guests: the toiletries provided are quite basic, so if you’re particular about your essentials, it’s best to carry your own. The same goes for food-related items like tea bags. Also, the availability of charging points near the bedside is limited, with most already occupied by the room’s electronics. That said, the central location and the easy beach access were definite highlights of our stay, and we left with some lovely memories.

I had an incredible experience staying at Golden Stay. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The host Ms. Sweta was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with great access to local amenities and attractions. I loved the neighborhood and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay with family.

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

Charchit's Place is a hidden little gem in Agonda. It is next door to a cute little cafe which has a very chilled n cozy vibe. The house was super clean and tidy and very peaceful. I would go as far as saying its the most homely and cool airbnb I have stayed in Goa. Communication with Charchit was great and check in and out super easy. If you are looking for a nice relaxing stay in Agonda on the more quieter end but close enough to restaurants and the beach this is the perfect stay for a couple or if you are travelling solo.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at this place. The caretaker attended to our needs and even though we were a large group, he helped us in any issues we had faced. All the required items like cutlery, plates, etc has been labelled and stored in an efficient manner which was very helpful for us. I would recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to stay here again the next time I visit.

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Thanks Alex for a perfect month away!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

The place was very clean with a nice view. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The location was close to the beach. The host was also very friendly and helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. A very good place to stay for a reasonable price.

We booked the airbnb for 3 nights and had a wonderful time over there. The house was clean and the host is super helpful and responsive as well. Would highly recommend.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
