Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. We are minutes away from Cave Creek center, Carefree, Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Salt River Fields, Westworld, Talking Stick Casino and so much more. Nearby you will also find a plethora of restaurants, shopping, ATV rentals, horseback riding, rustic saloons, bull riding, hiking trails and hot air balloon rides.

Unwind and enjoy the city in our cozy and clean guest suite! We have been here for five years renting out our suite to some wonderful guests. We really enjoy hosting and we try to make all of our guests feel as much at home as possible. We have had great experiences with our guests and we can't wait for you to enjoy yourself at our guest suite. We live in the main home that is separate from the suite but adjacent. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.
