Fantastic get-away for peace and quiet. The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable. We’ll be back for a longer stay in the future. When we arrived Frank the cat and Ernie the shaggy dog greeted us before we even made it to the door. Ernie greeted us every morning when we stepped outside to hear all the song birds. Highly recommended.

My friends and i had a great time in Eville for the weekend. There was plenty of space at Ryan’s home for everyone to sleep comfortably! It was close to everything yet very peaceful. We would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ashford Villa. It had ample space for several families to bunk together yet have enough private space as well. There was good space for gathering for adults and kids separately. It had ample space and was close to skiing in Ellicotville. We will definitely stay again!

All the wonderful and positive things you will read about Coleen’s place are absolutely true! No hesitation needed, you will find a comfortable space tucked away on a cozy farm. If you love animals, the pups, cats and horses are so lovely and they do not bother you at all, if that’s what you wish. You can tell how much these hosts want you to feel as at home as possible and you definitely will. Coming from a city girl myself this stay is such a nice getaway! Not far from all of the fun in Ellicottville where you can hit the slopes, cafes and bars and then drive a short trip back to this cute farm oasis. I come to this area all of the time to enjoy what it has to offer and this is one place I will surely be back to. Looking forward to summer so I can come back and do some horseback riding as well. David’s house felt private with beautiful surroundings and scenery and had many amenities for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for two couples and a dog. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and having two bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the grill and appreciated the laundry equipment. David’s place was perfect to unwind after skiing at Holiday Valley. We also appreciated the kind welcome note that said to relax and have fun! Would definitely stay again!

This is an amazing property, for my family of 5. While with 5 people living arangements were a little tight at times for 95% of our stay everyome had enough space to lounge out and have thier own space. ample dining area allowed us to comfortably seat additional family for a dinner get together. Kitchen was well stocked with enough cutlery and pots and pans to cook. I wish the hearth was in working order that looked amazing and would have been really cool to run on the colder nights. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Best of both worlds, peaceful private yet still close to the action of Ellicottville, Holiday Valley tubing, and skiing resort, Restaurants and shopping… Jason and crew are fantastic hosts! Thank you!
