It’s a great home in a very peaceful location. Just loved watching the horses in the pasture.

We came to town for our daughter’s college graduation. We brought our dogs with us, not realizing it would rain non-stop the entire weekend. Kristal left us a variety of treats and toys to keep our dogs busy and entertained during a busy time. Her kindness and thoughtful nature made us feel right at home.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Jon and April were responsive and quick to resolve any questions. Would recommend anyone!

This was a perfect place for us. We had 3 families and there was plenty of room and the kids enjoyed having space outside as well. All of our Spring Break activities were in Chattanooga and it was an easy 15-20 minute drive. Thank you!

This place was amazing! The location was close to running trails and downtown Chattanooga. We had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook for a large family! We would definitely visit again!

The absolute best place I’ve stayed so far. Host responds immediately and it is a beautiful piece of property where you get both close to things you need and peace.

The stay was good. A work associate and I had 2 days of work about 7 miles away. It was easy to find, and very quiet. Honestly, we only used it for a place to clean up and to rest. The space was very nice and matched the descriptions and photos. Bruce and Debbie were responsive. The “House Rules” were very reasonable and easy to follow. Since I do have more work in the area, I know I have a place to stay if I need to stay overnight.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Deana’s barndominium! 6 family members stayed super comfortably together - lots of space for all of us. The location is SUPER close Hidden Springs where a cousin got married — if you’re going to an event at Hidden Springs, you couldn’t be closer! The hot tub was lovely to watch the stars — shared with the main house. There are great walking trails through the forest. The kitchen was super well outfitted and we were able to have some great meals around the table. Worth bringing the food you need before you arrive in Apison! We loved the sounds of the Chattanooga Choo Choo that passes by several times a day / night, but worth bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Comfy beds, great pillows, cozy temperature, we all slept well.

It is always so nice to stay here. It is my family's favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. We always have a relaxing stay, easy to enter, easy to lock when we go out. And love the decor, inside and out, especially the updated bathroom, although no complaints on the old one!

It was a beautiful little condo, super cute and chill! The pool was so pretty and nice, too bad it was raining or I would’ve been swimming everyday! The communication was perfect, i would text and get a reply right away!!

The home exceeded our expectations. There is more than enough space in the home. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. And the table tennis in the basement. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this very cozy comfortable home in the future.

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

LOVED this place!!! It was perfect for our much needed family trip! Cannot wait to come back - We brought our two smalls kids, our pups, did a grocery order, and didn't even have to leave! Everything was clean and aesthetically please as well as functional and added bonus: the beds were comfy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

went for a birthday getaway, we were blown away! she surprised us with different kinds of Birthday goodies. the attention to small details and things to make our stay more convenient was exceptional! we felt safe and was able to really relax, unwind and rejuvenate! will definitely be going back. My husband and I live in Georgia, so we just wanted to get a getaway weekend. So I told my husband about this place called Ruby Falls. We searched for a place that was near by and found this place. We were amazed by how clean and beautiful the place was and the rooms. The room comes with everything you need. Seriously!! Everything from cooking ware, spices for food and even a bottle of wine inside for you for free. We order pizza by a near pizzeria and my husband is from New York/ Jersey and he was even surprised how good the pizza was. Dog friendly and a lot of things for kids there too. This place really thought of everything for everyone at any age. We plan on coming back with the kids. Thank you again Jenn for a great experience.

For a first time Airbnb experience, Bruce and Debbie went above and beyond. Definitely recommend staying with them.

We had a great weekend! The only downfall was the weather wasn't fully cooperative to take advantage of all of the amenities available. The kids had been excited about the hot tub, but Mother Nature had other plans with storms. I would definitely recommend to friends and would enjoy staying there again as it was midway from where my husband is currently staying with the Army and our home. Peaceful area with a short convenient drive up to Chattanooga for fun activities and dinner. My daughter loved the very friendly kitty and also the bunnies who lived on the grounds. It was a great last minute find for a spur of the moment meet halfway getaway for our family.

All I can say is WOW! I fell in love with the unit as soon as I walked in. A peaceful atmosphere really topped off this much needed getaway! Rock Spring Resort is amazing, and we will be back! My fur babies have never been so happy. Thank you for hosting us!

Booked same day and was very easy to locate and get inside. What a great space! I loved being able to sit outside and explore. I would absolutely come back again.

It was the perfect little spot for the weekend! The hot tub and sauna were nice after a long day! Our host was super responsive and made it a smooth stay! Overall, definitely a great value and would stay again!

We loved our stay at Lake Haven Cottage. As we walked through the door, I knew we had chosen a great place to stay. It is cute, cozy & so comfortable! The french doors leading to a lakefront deck checked all the boxes. We enjoyed our time there visiting with family, fishing, birdwatching & more. It all made for a wonderful trip. We are back home now, but already talking about next year’s stay. Thank you so much Joe, Mary & Cassie.

My daughter and I had a great time. My daughter especially loved the goats, chickens, and donkeys. The location is super close to the National Park and also really conveniently located if you want to grab some takeout or dinner in town. Even thought it was located close to everything it still felt really rural. Sydney was great and took time to show my daughter the animals and answer any questions we had.
