As you arrive you will notice the large RV/Boat parking on the side of the home. The home is close to the market and Downtown Havasu area with great restaurants. While you are staying you can enjoy fun games such as Large Connect 4, Large Jenga, and the Ring Game. There is an indoor laundry room with an ice maker. The rear yard has a BBQ and covered patio.

Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.
