Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Relax & unwind in this light & airy space. The Meadows is set in a secluded & sunny spot with own driveway, with views of sheep fields opposite. There are French doors from the bedroom & lounge onto the large secluded patio with table, chairs & lounger. It’s a 10 minute drive to Lingfield racecourse. Gatwick 20 mins. Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

We are situated just half a mile from Hampton Court where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and shops to peruse and just a three minute walk from a large open park leading down to the River Thames. However, please note - Hampton Court is not in London and if you want to be close to London we may be too far for you. There is railway station which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the line takes you to London Waterloo (a 35 minute journey).
