Great place to stay to visit the area. The tiny house experience was neat. We would definitely stay again.

I only have good things to say about this place! I worked with Margo (the co-host) on having our engagement photoshoot and she was very friendly and nice about the whole thing! Unfortunately, my fiancé and I weren't able to sleep overnight, however, we loved the place so much that we are so so excited to come back and fully enjoy every ounce of relaxation that this place offers! The hosts were so thoughtful that they even left 4 dog bowls for our 4 dogs SHOULD we have decided to bring them :) we ended up not bringing any, but the thoughtful touch & ease of working with them about the pets and shoot was one of the nicest and easiest I've experienced yet. One small heads up about the eco shared bathroom! It didn't bother us at all, but it seems to literally be a hole deeeep down in the ground with ground limestone (I think) powder to pour into it to cover after yourself. Honestly, I prefer that over any portopotty ever lol. It was SUPER clean. No complaints! Just different:) very eco:)

James was very helpful and responsive to my questions! The home is adorable and right on the water. Walking distance to kayaks and paddle boards. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place and surroundings. Quick responses. It was an amazing weekend. Definitely appreciated the hot tub. The drive up was very manageable, intimidating at first, but no issues... there were several sedans at top so if you don't have an SUV or 4w drive you should be fine!

This was our second visit to Natalies! The most amazing location, great brewery near by, nice food selections within a short drive, peaceful porch sitting with an amazing view and an AMAZING HOSTESS!! We never want to leave!

This cabin is a little wonder in the middle of NC forest! We loved our overnight get away. Everything was clean and just as described and pictured! Thomas had a prebuilt fire ready to go which was extremely appreciated after a long car ride. Our kiddos thought the space was super cool and enjoyed exploring around the property. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking for peace, tranquility, and a little bit of luxury out in the wilderness. :)

Beautiful tiny home! We were just passing through but would have loved to stay longer. Location was great and the entire place was very clean. We hope to return!

Enjoyed our stay at this charming little oasis In the woods! absolutely beautiful home extremely clean and provided literally everything !! very nicely decorated and of course the hot tub was the bomb 🔥 🔥 🔥!

Very quiet, peaceful, and private. Steven was very responsive and helpful. Had everything we needed. Very cozy and comfortable with amazing views. Our 3 boys loved “driving” the bus and opening the door. They thought it was super cool. Nice walk to creek. We enjoyed campfires, and especially the farm tour on the side by side given by Stevens daughter Katie and her husband Shane. We got to play with their puppy Dolly and cat Radar. The boys played with their baby chicks and even helped name a few. We saw the cows, played with their baby chicks horses Trouble and Prince, and silly dog Milo. We felt right at home. Amazing hosts! We will be back!

This beautiful little home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 people, was clean and peaceful. If we ever need to come back to the area, this will be where we stay.

This tiny home was such an amazing stay, it was very clean, comfortable and inviting. My husband and I were able to use the Kayaks and go fishing all morning. Really great little tiny house community with so much to do on the property. We really enjoyed every bit of it!

Laura was very responsive and a wonderful host. She left thoughtful snacks and beverages which made the stay feel like being at home. The house was spotless, peaceful and very relaxing. Had everything we needed and then some!

We loved our stay at Trails End cabin. Was in town for the lake james 5k, and the home was walkable to the Fonta Flora brewery via the trails that leads to the Overmountain Victory trail in the backyard.... huge bonus and why I picked this home! Very private and my dogs loved wandering in the yard where we could feel that we're safe. Will definitely be back again!

I had an incredible stay at this cabin! It was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway, and the attention to detail made it feel like home. The location was a little different than I expected, but it was still a great spot to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Every moment was enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay two years ago, and our return stay did not disappoint! Small but impeccably curated space, with all you need for a quiet weekend away. Shortoff remains one of our favorite hikes, and we love the proximity to Fonta Flora's farm location. Thanks again!

This was a great little place to stay for a short stay. I will say, the place looks bigger than it actually is. There wasn't a dryer as mentioned or hair dryer. however it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't bring more than 2 people here. Between having a 2 suitcases and 2 people, there wasn't much space. Again, its more of a short term stay for 2 minimalist people. Overall, it was a great place and great experience. The views were beautiful, the firepit/grill was big and lots of outdoor seating. private from other houses and very peaceful.

The Nook was a beautiful little spot! So cute & quaint. Maggie was amazing with communication & very informative. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

This was the best airbnb we have stayed! Andrea was very accommodating, very personable. It was awesome staying at a place that embraces having your dogs with you. This was one of our favorite airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at. The host was super responsive and was flexible with check in time. The house had everything we could have needed. But the outdoor space/activities was over the top. The deck, the hot tub, the beach area, the paddle boards/kayaks were all so much fun and perfect for the dog too! Already planning when we can go again. Would recommend to anyone!

I stayed with my three kids aged 4, 8, and 11. There was plenty of space for a comfortable stay. We had dinner on the back porch listening to the sounds of the water. The space provided everything for a relaxing stay and we all really enjoyed exploring down by the river. Would love to come back someday!
