My family and I had a wonderful experience at this lakefront property! The breathtaking views of Lake Norman exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and immaculately maintained, while the amenities provided everything we needed and more. Our host’s excellent communication made our stay seamless from check-in to departure. The peaceful atmosphere created the perfect warm and relaxing environment for our family getaway. We would definitely book this beautiful property again for future vacations!

Great home to spend quality time with family or close friends. Kids enjoy the outdoor space and kayaks. Adults had a great time by the fire. Everyone had their own space if needed. Will be coming back soon!!

The house and location are fabulous! We enjoyed the view, the boat dock, the outdoor porch, the screened-in porch, the deck, and the game rooms were super! We brought paper towels, coffee, and TP; only to find that a good supply was already provided, which was a great bonus. Tessa, was great at communicating, and super quick at responding to any queries.

Just got back from an amazing stay at my comfy Airbnb 🏡! The grill area was definitely a major plus – I love grilling some BBQ 🍔. Spent the whole time relaxing and enjoying the space. This was one of our favorite airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at. The host was super responsive and was flexible with check in time. The house had everything we could have needed. But the outdoor space/activities was over the top. The deck, the hot tub, the beach area, the paddle boards/kayaks were all so much fun and perfect for the dog too! Already planning when we can go again. Would recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay here! Such a cute cottage and the lake is beautiful. They did such a nice job with the updates to the house and the amenities inside were perfect. We loved the sunroom. The location was fantastic - just 10 minutes to Davidson where we had dinner several times. It is also just 25 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. Ashley was very responsive and we had everything we needed!

We had a lovely stay here! It was nice having two bedrooms on the main level as well as two above, for those who were more mobility-limited. The deck with views of the lake was a highpoint of our evenings. Very nice dock too, for those who wanted to sunbathe!

I rented the place as a Christmas present for my daughter and her husband. I kept my granddaughter while they stayed. They had problems with the internet and James made a trip to the house and personally fixed the problem. They said he was really nice.

Booked this place for a long week to celebrate a bride-to-be! We had 14 girls & it was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The house is stunning, tons of room, very clean & well stocked with the essentials. The hot tub was great, the bonfire with wood provided was awesome & having our own dock was perfect for a boat day. The yard is ideal for playing games. It felt very private & is beautiful. The AvantStay team is amazing at communicating, very friendly & helpful. We asked for advice on restaurants nearby & they responded immediately when we had an issue with the sink. It was fixed first thing the next day. I hope to return in the future!!!

We loved our time at the Lake Lookout Guest Cottage! Julie was a wonderful host--from the first communications about our stay to the welcoming cookies and card to thoughtful details and amenities throughout the house--she helped us to just arrive and relax. The location to downtown Statesville was convenient and the property grounds were peaceful with a view of the lake. We enjoyed access to the dock/beach area for fishing and sunset photos. We hope to return to the Cottage again!

Beautiful property! Ideal proximity to Rock Barn Spa & Golf and great restaurants (Fourk!) but so private and peaceful.
