This guest house is set on 20 acres of land that is bordered by Hyco Creek on the east and Caswell game land on the south. Great place for privacy and is a close get away for nature lovers, fishermen, hunters, or just a quiet place to escape the city! Direct access to Hyco Creek and the game land is available through the property - you could even kayak into Hyco lake if you wanted! Property has a secured gate for entrance and exit and property is located about 1/4 mile down an access road.

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole at Hyco Lake! Our home offers beautiful 180 degree water views and is situated at the crest of the Bunny Rabbit peninsula. With a unique and cozy floor plan we hope you feel right at home the moment you walk through the front door. Guests will have full access to the lake along with 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, a rubber dockie and several floats to relax and unwind. In addition: a covered cornhole patio, indoor shuffleboard table, Wii, Smart TV's and plenty of board games.

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.

Welcome to our Hideaway Home on Hyco Lake. We are located on the southern end of the lake in a private cove with little boat traffic. Our cozy home offers ample sleeping room, two indoor living areas and a screened-in-porch provide space to spend time with your loved ones. The dock is great for fishing, launching a kayak, or even securing your own boat! Enjoy the firepit in the evenings for a fun family s’mores session. Soak in the hot tub while enjoying a great view of the lake!

Indoor and outdoor living that is large enough for six adults. Floating dock invites you to spend your days on the lake - swimming, fishing, boating, or just soaking in the views. This rustic lakefront cottage is tucked away on a private reservoir near Hyco Lake & is accessible only to homeowners & their guests, offering unmatched tranquility & some of the best fishing in the region. This home is surrounded by mature trees with a wide-open grassy yard that leads to the water’s edge. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, long kayak paddles under the sun, & s’mores by the fire at night.

Cozy Hyco Lake Cottage

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.
