Peaceful and only 10mins from Daylesford. The access to state tracks is great for running and the home is set in a peaceful location.

Lovely quaint cottage for a restful getaway. We particularly enjoyed a soak in the spa with some wine after a long walk. Very comfy bed and thoughtful touches.

The perfect spot to stay in Daylesford. This immaculate house has a dreamy view across the valley. Immaculately clean, this property is spacious and has every amenity a guest requires for a beautiful stay. Close enough to town that we walked in for dinner but so quiet and relaxing. We have been to Daylesford several times and would definitely stay in James’s property again.

Fabulous spot to stay. Very comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful to have the place cool prior to check in for us on what was a very very hot day.

After a long journey to arrive and have everything. You need was amazing. Anything you can think of for a home away from home was there. Beds were super comfy, great shower and so many extras. Close to everything in Bendigo, amazing we could have our dogs with us. After 10 years of using Airbnb this has to be one of the most hospitable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful two nights in the Garden Loft at Poets Lodge. A beautiful and comfortable space that was ideal for a weekend getaway. Angeline and Richard were responsive and gracious hosts.

Beautiful little area, easy to find and clear check-in instructions, the spa was the perfect temperature, very clean and the perfect distance from town to be walkable but also nice and quiet and very private. The only issues we had was a lack of sponge or cloth to wash the dishes with but aside from that it was well worth it, I highly recommend

Great cute cottage Well set out and extremely user friendly and clean Spa was a nice touch ,we spent a lovely few days in a peaceful setting close to Ballarat if looking for more night life

Neal was a great host from check in to check out! All the thoughtful extras were appreciated. The cottage felt very welcoming and homely on arrival and throughout our stay. A beautiful base to travel within the Central Goldfields region. Neal's knowledge of the area and recommendations were appreciated as we were able to visit some of these places which we enjoyed.

We had a great stay at Daylesford Country Retreats. The accommodation was just as described and as per the photos. The beautiful scenery around the property made our stay so peaceful. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for having us!

My dogs and I loved our overnight stay at Piccolo! Emma’s place was super clean, very cosy and welcoming. I will be back for sure when I need a break in this beautiful part of Victoria 😊🐶🐶

Loved our stay at Kate's home....beautiful well appointed cottage & we couldn't have been more comfortable. Close to the CBD & a gorgeous stroll to the lake! We hope to be back again as Bendigo was beautiful & our stay made so enjoyable with this accommodation.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Chewton Bushlands - with its relaxing & cozy lounge with wood fire, books & DVDs. The kitchen was well set up for eating in. The beds were comfortable. We were only a short drive from the charming Saturday market in Chewton & getting provisions in Castlemaine, exploring the excellent local bookstore & cafes. Finally we appreciated visits from the local wildlife including 2 wedge-tail eagles soaring overhead.

Once inside Simone and Peter's beautiful Evelyn's Cottage we felt right at home. It was small but very cosy. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom, two queen size beds which were super comfortable and lovely linen. The night was cool so we used the heating in the kitchen which warmed us nicely. There was also another reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge which was not needed. There was fresh milk and chocolate biscuits in the fridge for us. Everything you could need was supplied in the kitchen and bathroom. The decor was quaint, some old, some new. There was a photograph in the bathroom of a group of ladies dressed in their finery I particularly liked. Peter and Simone have done a great job with this renovation. Loved reading through the guest book. Our furbaby Holly was happy and secure in the back yard. We highly recommend Evelyn's Cottage and would definitely stay again. Off street parking was good to have. Thank you both for hosting us.

Apple Cottage is in a lovely peaceful part of Maldon, felt very much enjoying the country life but a short drive to town. We loved how cosy and calm the cottage decor and the beautiful short strolls around the streets into the town. Having access to a stove and oven was also awesome to heat the home cooked food we bought, definitely a place could relax and stay a few days! Enjoyed visiting the honey factory gift store just around the corner too!

The Cottage was very well presented, spacious and had top quality bedding and bed furniture. The kitchen had an extensive range of crockery, cutlery and tools. It is an ideal location for the rail trail cycle path. We would stay again if we revisited the area.

Lovely quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature and rolling hills. The interior is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. I loved the fireplace and the timeless furniture! The only thing that could improve would be that the shower pressure was quite low, and the hot water ran out very quickly! All in all though it was a fantastic stay!

Matilda’s Cottage was a perfect little spot that catered two nights before our wedding and our wedding night. While we are local, I highly reccomend utilising this cosy quiet accommodation. You are not far from gisborne vineyards and town centre and a short drive up the freeway into the Macedon ranges. Take a short drive continuing up benson rd you’ll grab a nice view of the valley. Thanks for having us!

Highly recommend this lovely cottage . We felt very much at home . Crisp sheets , soft towels , fresh bread , wine & chocolates. And - a towel warmer warming fresh towels for a hot shower after our long trip from Queensland. Just perfect .

Elbert is one of the nicest hosts you will ever meet… a beautiful human presence, very responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. I have a few allergies and having spoken with him beforehand, Elbert went above and beyond with great effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My daughter and I were keen to do some hikes and Elbert went out of his way to help out with some suggestions and maps. We slept super well under beautifully light and snuggly warm doonas and awoke to birdsong surrounded by the stillness and peace of the bush. Being off grid one takes it upon themselves to adapt to the ups and downs that may go with it such as the generator needing to kick in to run the coffee machine or grill but we still found comfort wrapping our hands around a delicious mug of hot instant coffee out on the verandah with the warmth of the morning autumn sun whilst cooking brekky on the bbq. And evenings were spent playing games by the fire… a slow holiday to reconnect with loved 1s

Wombat Cottage is the ideal place to stay if you have your furry friend with you. The cottage is secure and well equipped for dogs and the walks with them in the parks, to the shops and around lakes are limitless. For us humans, Wombat Cottage was clean, warm, cosy and had everything we needed for a 4 day holiday. I would highly recommend it and we are already planning to return next year.
