Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort und haben es sehr genossen. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, und auch die Inneneirichtung ist sehr schön gestaltet und gemütlich. Wir würden in diesem schönen Haus sehr gerne wieder Ferien machen, bedauern es deswegen sehr, dass Hunde in Zukunft nicht mehr erlaubt sind. Vielen lieben Dank Ilaria, das wir in deinem Haus sein durften, die zuverlässige Kommunikation, und der unkomplizierte Check in.

Abbiamo soggiorno nell'appartamento di Sofia in occasione del ponte del 25 Aprile. Operazioni di check-in facili e chiare, tramite istruzioni precise e orario flessibile in quanto self check-in. La posizione è comoda sia per gli spostamenti a piedi lato passeggiata e spiaggia, sia per gli spostamenti verso il centro città; una volta parcheggiata la macchina e acquistato un titolo di parcheggio, non è necessario utilizzarla fino al termine. L'appartamento si presenta come da foto/descrizione. Un punto a suo favore è la terrazza all'ultimo piano, molto bella e panoramica.

La casetta sulla spiaggia è la casa vacanza che ho sempre sognato. Ti permette di vivere il mare e la spiaggia 24 ore su 24 ed è una meraviglia. Direttamente sulla spiaggia.. Ha un posto proprio davanti alla porta di ingresso per posizionare lettino sdraio e ombrellone presenti nella casa. Sul patio piastrellato ci sono le sedie e un comoda tavolo per mamgiare direttamente sulla spiaggia. Per chi ha un amico animale come noi è davvero eccezionale poichè puó stare tranquillamente in casa e ogni tanto affacciarsi alla finestra per controllarvi.. Oppure stare nel patio vicino a voi. La casa è in un quartiere meraviglioso con tutto ció che serve.. Bar pizzeria pub ristoranti gastronomia rosticceria e supermercato, noi non abbiamo mai usato l'auto. Si raggiunge a piedi anche il centro di Follonica in pochi minuti. La casa ha tutto ció che serve. Vivrete una vacanza indimenticabile con tramonti quotidiani spettacolari! Grazie per questa incredibile esperienza!

Vi havde et skønt ophold hos Mario. Lejligheden var større end vi havde forventet og dejligt med et ude område med balkonen. Stranden er i gåafstand indenfor 5 min, og der er masser af restauranter i området. Kommunikationen var super god, og vi kunne skrive, hvis vi havde spørgsmål. Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig ferie! De får vores bedte anbefalinger.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

La casa di Margherita si trova a letteralmente dieci passi dal mare, ancora più bella che nelle foto. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, si dorme sentendo il rumore del mare. Margherita è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli per visitare la zona. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella tua bellissima casa e saremmo felici di tornare alla prossima occasione! Grazie per tutto 😊

ottimo soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo e curato nei minimi dettagli. casa estremamente pulita e ordinata. gli host incredibilmente cortesi e gentili, hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste di sistemazione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consiglio il posto a chiunque cerchi una fuga rilassante e accogliente. grazie a Massimo e a sua moglie.

Ho passato con la mia famiglia 2 settimane nella splendida villa di Stefania e sicuramente ci ritorneremo . La villa è pulitissima , con un giardino curato , piscina con idromassaggio , la casa e’ fornita di tutto il necessario , l’ho trovata addirittura più bella che nelle foto. La locazione ottima , a due passi dal mare e vicino a supermercati , negozi, farmacia , ecc . Nelle vicinanze e’ presente un parco molto grande e ben curato utile per passeggiate con cani e bambini . Stefania e suo figlio sono stati sempre a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta e necessità , un ringraziamento va anche ad Irene e suo marito Simone (collaboratori domestici) per la loro grande cortesia e professionalità . Uno difetto è la connessione Internet che in alcune zone della casa è assente e il wi-fi è molto debole , per il resto soggiorno super consigliato !!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa durante il ponte del primo maggio. La casa si trova in una posizione mozzafiato, isolata, per chi cerca momenti di puro relax e a pochi km da ristoranti e negozi. La casa è bellissima, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Camilla è una superhost, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza e informazione.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und sauber. Ideale Lage für Tagesausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Trotz schrecklichem Wetter eine schöne Zeit am Meer. Giulia war eine sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeberin. Die Lage am Strand ist sensationell.

Very nice house! Very Italien. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Nice big private parking. Huge kitchen. The only thing we missed was a really good authentic restaurant in the neighbourhood. Maybe we just could’nt find it. A few things wasn’t working upon arrival, but Silvia was very helpful and we made it work. All in all: Would definitly come back - and would recommend the house to everybody else. We were five people and there was more than enough space.

Wir waren sehr mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin Claudia spricht deutsch und hat sogar angeboten uns vom Bahnhof Viareggio abzuholen, da wir erst spät abends ankamen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, sehr ruhig, ein Einkaufsgeschäft um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, hat viel Sonnenlicht und ist schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alle nötige Gegenstände. Alles funktionierte perfekt und daher gab es keine Probleme. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung geliebt und würden gerne wieder hier übernachten. Wir können dieses Anwesen wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist vor allem für Paare zu empfehlen. In der Nähe gab es Restaurants und gleich um die Ecke ist ein Café. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt nichtmals eine Minute. Parkplätze sind auch immer in der Nähe zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit Asia war stets gut. Sie ist eine sehr nette Person. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Es gibt ein großes, gemütliches Bett mit einer(!) Matratze, was uns wichtig ist. Außerdem waren noch einige Kleinigkeiten zum Essen und Trinken vorbereitet, was vor allem nach der langen Reise sehr erleichternd ist, da man nicht direkt einkaufen muss. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir sehr empfehlen können.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo alloggio per due motivi: la posizione in un quartiere tranquillo e la facilità con cui si riesce a raggiungere supermercato, pizzeria e altri luoghi di cui si ha bisogno.

⸻ Das Haus und das Grundstück sind angenehm gross. Wir waren acht Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder und haben die Räume sowie die Terrassen und Grünflächen sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Vertreterin waren beide sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Da das Haus sehr nah am Meer liegt und nicht dauerhaft bewohnt ist, sind kleinere Mängel verständlich und nicht weiter störend. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut.

L'alloggio offre tutto il necessario ed è piacevole. Grande giardino tranquillo molto apprezzabile sopratutto in città. Livorno è una città molto piacevole ed è ben situata per chi vuole scoprire la Toscana. Francesco è un ottimo host. Consiglio vivamente

Das kleine Haus von Stefano ist sehr originell und entzückend. Man sieht mit wie viel Liebe und Begeisterung das „ehem. Elektro“-Haus hergerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit viel Licht aber auch viel Schatten im Sommer. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum chillen und Essen. Stefano ist ein toller Gastgeber mit super Response Zeit auf Fragen. Stefano hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage zum Strand ist unter 50m, also super easy zu erreichen. Es gibt originelle Strandbars mit sehr guter Küche. Meine zwei erwachsenen Töchter und ich können das Haus von Stefano sehr empfehlen. (Achtung: es gibt kein Wifi, aber der Empfang in und rund ums Haus ist gut, wenn man genügend Datenvolumen hat, kein Problem!)

Valeria è un host molto attento ai dettagli, disponible a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Fin dai primi messaggi, Valeria è stata pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e curiosità, la casa è molto bella, spaziosa, luminosa, e fresca d'estate, con una bella vista sul mare da una terrazza molto ampia dove è possibile cenare o usare come punto di ritrovo per momenti relax. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato in casa tanti piccoli dettagli che ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti, tante piccole accortezze che non sono scontate(acqua in frigo, mappe su luoghi da visitare) La casa dista circa 100 m. dalla più vicina spiaggia libera (di ciottoli). Vicina a Cala Furia una scogliera davvero incantevole. vicina a Montenero che adoro. È vicinissima a Livorno (10 minuti in macchina). nella zona ci sono ampi spazi aperti per fare attività fisica. All' inizio ero un po' titubante perché sapevo che Livorno ha principalmente scogli nei punti di balneazione che invece ho imparato ad apprezzare
