Vicino a negozi, farmacia, pub, ristoranti e pizzeria . E' immerso nel verde con sentieri CAI, ideali per passeggiate, trekking e bici. Nei dintorni scoprirai borghi storici, cultura locale e panorami mozzafiato.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Scuole, negozi, medico di guardia, farmacia ecc. sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
