We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Värden var flexibel med incheckningen. Vi hade meddelat när flyget skulle anlända. Då anpassade hon sig efter det. Bra kommunikation med meddelanden. Promenadavstånd till city. Nära till busstation. Nära till bageri där man kan köpa färskt bröd . Huset har en praktisk innergård så man kan släppa ut småbarn där. Vänligt bemötande trivsamt boende.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé, avec une vue tout simplement magnifique ! Les couchers de soleil étaient grandioses. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour se sentir comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Isabella pour son accueil chaleureux et ses précieux conseils tout au long du séjour.

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Tucked away from the bustling tourist trails, this place in the Tuscan hills was a serene haven that exceeded our expectations in every way. It offered the perfect blend of tranquility and activity, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a genuine Tuscan experience without the crowds. Perched on a hill, the apartment provided breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan landscape. The surrounding countryside, dotted with vineyards and olive groves, was a feast for the eyes and a haven for nature lovers. Despite its secluded location, the apartment was well-connected to nearby towns, allowing for easy day trips to explore the region's rich history and culture. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the traditional Tuscan style while offering all the modern amenities one could need.

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place

Piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura a Marina di Campo. Il bilocale è all'interno di un caseggiato arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto quel che serve. La signora che la gestisce è molto gentile e cordiale. Il giardino è davvero meraviglioso, una vacanza dentro la vacanza, c'è un'area con le amache, le bocce, un solarium ed un barbecue per mangiare fuori. Il tutto veramente arredato con cura e amore. Si sta freschi e si gode della tranquillità del posto nel verde. Ci sono anche le biciclette a noleggio. Il mare è a un km. Consigliatissimo!!

coppia molto carina e pronta ad aiutare. Ci tornerei ad occhi chiusi.... stupenda la casa, pulita, cucina molto ben accessoriata e stupenda spiaggia con gazebo privato in spiaggia.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). Een grote aanrader

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Es war sehr toll bei Giovanni. Er hat mit einer Karte alles über die Möglichkeiten angezeigt, die es in der Umgebung gibt. Der Pool ist herrlich, man kann sich dort wunderbar erholen und natürlich schwimmen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und gepflegt, wir konnten dort super mit unserem 15 Monate altem Kind spielen. Außerdem hat Giovanni viele tolle Sachen für den Kleinen gebracht (Spielturm, Hochstuhl, Spielsachen etc .) Auch Monika war super lieb und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

Eine traumhafte Zeit. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern bestens zufrieden. Die Wohnung sah viel besser als wie auf den Fotos aus. Blitzblanke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Den meisten spaß hatten wir am Pool, wunderschöne Aussicht und super ruhig. Nur 45 min. von Pisa Turm entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

Totalmente recomendable. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Annalisa fue muy amable y nos dejó para desayunar. La comunicación con ella fue muy fácil y nos dio total flexibilidad para llegar al apartamento. La único mejorable es que en la cama pequeña dos personas caben muy justas. Todo lo demás excelente!

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Paolas Apartment. Die Sicht auf die Badebucht war einfach traumhaft. Die Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten ist geräumig und hat eine schöne gemauerte Grillstelle. Die Küche war gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir fanden sogar eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln vor. Der Strand war über Treppenstufen schnell und einfach zu erreichen und dank der Vorsaison war nur wenig los. Die Badebucht ist wunderschön und eignet sich bestens zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist der Ausgangspunkt für Taucher. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ottima soluzione per un weekend di relax e degustazione di vini! Host simpatici gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento molto carino e pulito, riscaldamento funzionante e coperte calde! Siamo state bene. Se posso dare un consiglio: i cuscini sono parecchio duri, non comodissimi ecco, inoltre la porta “chiusa a chiave” in soggiorno non ci dava molta tranquillità.. ma tutto sommato ottimo soggiorno!! :)

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Splendido luogo tra Cecina e Volterra per soggiornare in piena tranquillità e relax tra le colline toscane, panora e tramonto fantastico. Comodo per visitare borghi medioevali e non lontano dalla famosa costa degli etruschi e per chi ama le città si può raggiungere Pisa e Siena. Fausto è un host fantastico, preciso e disponibilissimo, ma non invadente, ci ha fornito indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare, le spiagge tipiche e anche i ristorantini molto carini nelle vicinanze. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante quello che desideravamo era stare lontano dalla confusione e dallo stress quotidiano, se questo è quello che cerchi qui lo trovi ...sentirai solo il "rumore" delle cicale.

Very friendly host, he gave us a tour and showed us how to operate things. The apartment is on the second floor (one large staircase, no elevator) and was very roomy. The host made us breakfast in the morning and was helpful in giving us travel tips for visiting sites in Florence.

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!
