Once you settle into this place, there’s no getting out. Felt right at home. Every nook of this place was carefully thought of and every amenity was as described and more. Our host Taleh was proactive and quick to respond to all our needs. Beautiful views from the balcony and bedroom. Very spacious. We were 2 people but comfortably fits 5 people. 10 minute walk to the nearest metro and a quick bolt ride away from the main attractions and city center. Did not want to leave this place. Would definitely be back here.

Дім дуже просторий і зручний. Знаходиться поблизу Гірськолижного курорту Шагдаг(20 хвилин на машині). Поблизу є невеличкі маркети і гарні ресторани. Але і у дворі є гриль зона, де самостійно можна приготувати будь що. Гарна літня кухня з підігрівом підлоги. Сауна та джакузі коштує окремих грошей. Дуже комфортний зал і кухонна зона в домі. Три спальні кімнати на першому поверсі і у двох із них є свої санвузли і також є один загальний, чотири кімнати на другому з загальм санвузлом. Дуже все охайно і стильно. По всьому домі теплі поли і дуже тепло. Єдине що засмучує, це відсутність душових кабін або скляних стінок для приймання душу. Вся вода розлітається в різні боки. Двір чудовий, охайно підстрижена травичка.Є окрема альтанка, але у зимовий період не дуже актуально 😉. Влітку буде бомба. Радимо цей будинок для відпочинку 100% для великої родини або дружньої компанія.

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.

Аппартаменты отлично расположены, рядом со старым городом, с площадью Фонтанов, с пешеходными зонами - в минутах хотьбы. Жилье чистое, хорошо убранное, большой площади, достаточно современный ремонт. В квартире есть вся необходимая техника. Нам, семье из 2 взрослых и 2 детей проживать было удобно.

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

It was a great family home with all the amenities described and Rza was a great responsive host. I had great 5 days at his place. Comfortable living. It was also quite peaceful at nights. The neighbourhood is great, very close to all the areas. It took us 10-15 mins to any touristy spot. 👍 Thanks for having us!
