Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Additional $25 Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, gift baskets etc. Attached to a guest home by 5 feet but private entrance.

Sit on the large deck and enjoy the sound of the ocean while protected from the wind, walk to the beautiful Mendocino Botanical Gardens, or just relax inside surrounded by views of the trees and birds. Well-stocked home is quiet and secluded, but still close enough to quickly be in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.
