CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

Within driving distance to many other coastal attractions, including wine tasting, hiking, surfing, kayaking, beaches, river, fishing, redwoods, Fort Bragg and many other activities. Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

It features an exceptional kitchen, 4-6 person hot tub, and sweeping views of the farm's orchard; pasture, and pond. Here you will find beautiful landscaping, children's play swings, walking paths, and more. 11% Mendocino Tax is collected via Airbnb. Kids 2/under = free. We honor the land's history and ancestral stewards by giving 5% of every night stayed to indigenous Mendocino tribes and organizations

This beautiful private one level ocean view home is one min walk to Caspar beach dog friendly. 15 min walk to Lighthouse & Private Beach. This home has 2 fenced patios- one is ocean view, and the back deck has private jacuzzi . Comfortable beds , cozy robes. Wi-Fi, Keurig, Charcoal grill , French press coffee. Additional $25 flat fee Ev charging. $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. We have a price list for ballons, champagne, roses, and gift baskets. It's attached to a guest home by 5 feet.
