Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

We have been here before and absolutely love this house! We love coming back to unwind and this place is perfect for that. It's so peaceful and calming. We'll be back again :)

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

Close to highway and downtown. Quiet and good for rest.

The house was mid century/retro in the best way. Great space to chill and retreat, and great amenities with the hot tub and dry sauna. Comfortable beds. Would stay again!

The best Airbnb I have ever seen! Not just Seattle anywhere! So well appointed and supplied! Lee has thought of everything! The hot tub was amazing and the yard and trees and rooms and bathrooms and showers and kitchen were incredible!! I will stay here every chance I get! This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

Super amazing host!! Helped us out so much and had a very clean and nice place. It does get a little loud outside at night on the weekend but I would still stay there again next time I come.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

This place was fantastic! Danica and Phillip have truly gone the extra mile to ensure their guests feel comfortable and I absolutely adored all of the little touches like the robes, slippers, breakfast, wine and fireplace.

My parents were visiting and stayed at Diana’s place and loved it! The space is even more beautiful in person and Diana was a welcoming and wonderful host. Thank you so much for making my parents feel right at home while they were out here.

Location in Fremont neighborhood which makes it so accessible to coffee, restaurants, shopping or just taking a walk to explore options. This is second stay here because of its location and also the bonus parking space in alley for a vehicle rather than parking street side. I will recommend to friends and family with 3-4 guests traveling to Seattle.

Daughter and I stayed here and completely fell in love with the house. Very nice layout and roomy, if you are staying at this house more than 1 night plan to cook . Kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to host a BBQ or family casserole night. This was our first AIR B&B stay anywhere and let me tell you it's worth the money. Privacy we were able to take our doggo. Truly enjoyed it, Side note and it is probably me but this home has all of its bedrooms upstairs and someone who has had knee replacement and needing hip and back surgery it took a moment to get up and down the stairs. But it was worth it.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

What a pleasure to stay at Deepankar's beautiful property! We stayed at this beautiful and unique house for a weekend getaway with my wife and extended family (with 2 small kids), and couldn't ask for a better place! We had friends visit us and overall it turned out to be an extremely fun weekend with great catch ups, conversation, laughter, and a lots of fun thanks to this amazing house and wonderfully serene surrounding!! The house offers a lot of cool nooks, including a wide view of the beautiful Case Inlet right from the living room, well stocked kitchen, comfy recliners, a nice Solarium, a movie theater, a small gym, several bathrooms, hot tub, and outdoor patio leading to a small trail to kayaks - too much to explore!! Deepankar & Whitney were extremely helpful, communicative, flexible, and responsive. Highly recommended for a family stay or solitary retreat alike to mingle or relax, in the lap of nature with glimpses of harbor seals, birds, & views of beautiful water and sky!

Marlows place is everything and MORE. The space was amazing and so peaceful. Marlow was so helpful! The look on my girlfriend’s face when she saw the view was PRICELESS. Look forward to coming back again.

Our second time at La Villa, and the downstairs is (possibly) even more delightful than the upstairs! All the art and artistic details are amazing and fun. You know this house has been loved! Walked across the street to the private-feeling beach for every sunset.

Great views, backyard area, and comfy beds. WiFi was not strong, so if you are planning to work remotely here you may want to consider that. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here!
