A soli 30 km da Roma e a 5 minuti dal lago di Bracciano si trova l’agriturismo Casali dell’Olmo, all’interno di un’azienda agricola biologica di 100ha. È una meta perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nel verde e godersi il lago e i suoi dintorni, ma allo stesso tempo ben collegata al centro di Roma tramite un servizio di treno metropolitano. L’agriturismo è composto da 8 appartamenti indipendenti di circa 70 mq, ognuno dotato di area esterna ad uso esclusivo e con accesso alle aree comuni.

Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Siamo in zona residenziale, ma ad 1 passo dal LAGO 2 passi da ROMA3 passi dal MARE -2 km dalla stazione ferroviaria...TI ASPETTIAMO

There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.
