Casa Azul - Willkommen im Hühnerhaus

Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
