No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Casa Vacanze Otium sorge nel cuore del Sasso Caveoso, in posizione panoramica e strategica per visitare gli antichi rioni della città.Dotata di due luminose camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno autonomo. In più: terrazzo privato, ampia cucina/salottino con possibilità di aggiungere un posto letto grazie ad una comoda poltrona-letto. P.S: Per le prenotazioni con due ospiti, l'utilizzo di entrambe le camere da letto (invece che di una soltanto) è previsto un costo aggiuntivo di 30 euro a notte.

La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

Situata nel Sasso Barisano, la Suite San Biagio è scavata completamente nel tufo e offre l'esperienza unica e magica di dormire nei Sassi di Matera. Nel Sasso potrai ammirare le conchiglie fossili che affiorano dal tufo, fare la doccia all’interno della grotta e toccare le pareti emerse dal mare un milione di anni fa.

E' una casa vacanza recentemente ristrutturata mettendo in luce l'autenticità e l'originalità dell'abitazione scavata nel tufo. L'appartamento vi conquisterà e stupirà per le alte volte tufacee, per i dettagli eleganti e ricercati e per il calore e l'accoglienza che vi faranno sentire a casa. E’ il luogo ideale per tutti coloro che desiderano tuffarsi nel passato con tutti i comfort della vita moderna.
