The space is the entire lower level. Private entrance, heated floors, and ice-cold AC. Two smart T.V's, one in the bedroom and the living room. Well-stocked kitchenette and nice refrigerator. Plenty of space to cook, watch TV, work, or just rest. A nice grill and campfire space are provided. Pets are welcome.

Walk one block to beautiful downtown Victoria and enjoy your choice of several restaurants, boutique s nightclubs. Bring your bikes and ride the trail, which is accessible from our backyard. Check our Guidebook for a nice selection of restaurants and activities. Note: Our driveway leading behind the home is narrow and not well suited for larger vehicles.

Our parents built this darling 4-season cottage by hand in 1950. Lovingly preserved and recently refreshed, we now want to share our little red cottage on Lake Minnetonka with guests who want to enjoy a calm, relaxing suburban lake getaway. The cottage offers a lot, and yet because we're in a quiet neighborhood and live on the commons, the little red cottage is not a spot for parties, reunions, bigger groups, or people needing boat access.
