This property provides enough parking for your vehicle, boat, etc. free of charge. Feel free to bring your kayaks since a short 4 mile drive will take you to a kayak launch. You can also bring bikes, and get your daily exercise around the neighborhood.

Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

Ann Street residence. 1-block to waterfront walking path w/ views of Rachel Carson Estuarine Research Reserve & Taylor's Creek. You have the entire upstairs floor w/ 2 bedrooms, living room and dining area. Just 0.9 miles from the Beaufort downtown area w/ shopping, dining & pubs. There's a fenced in yard for furry family members. I also have several kayaks you can borrow but you will need a way to transport them. Note: There is an internal stairway that connects the two floors.
