My friends and I went out our annual girls trip to puerto rico and decided to stay here! it’s directly on the beach, has restaurants within walking distance, and was overall in a great location. Alfredo was very responsive with any questions we had which was very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. I appreciated the quality touches. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The space was fully updated and beautiful. Gigi was very responsive and also proactive when there was an issue with the air conditioner, which was resolved in under a day. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

The space is amazing right on the beach walking distance to everything you need. I would recommend this place for anybody. The host is amazing and the apartment is spectacular spectacular abuse everything you need to relax from the New York City rat race

What a gorgeous and convenient spot! Groceries, beach, restaurants all within short walking distance. We found an amazing spot for breakfast close by. Victoria responded quickly to any requests. We loved having a parking spot available in such a busy area since we had rented a car to use for some excursions. We will be back!

We stayed at Francisco’s place the week of Easter and the view was absolutely worth the small bumps of our trip! Fransico, as a host was not only responsive, but proactive in communicating with me when the island lost power just hours after we arrived. Something you might not realize the importance of until you find yourself in a foreign place with no power (1.5 days) and spotty cell phone service. The unit was clean, bedding was comfortable and the amenities matched the description. Local restaurants, First floor of building and elevators ran on a generator. Longe chairs and umbrellas for rent right at our beach ($5/$10) Beach was clean and felt safe. Pool area closed during outage and security on the weekend didn’t allow ANY drinks/food in the pool area. The main road behind the building felt safe but I was surprised by the trash on the streets/sidewalks and heavy police presence. Loud music at night, which you could hear in bed. The view and cross breeze MADE this trip for us!

Great House! Breathtaking views and privacy. The courthouse and pool area were amazing. We loved the covered table area. Safe. Great Host! Mildred took care of everything. She gave us detailed instructions to make getting to the house and inside easy. Location: Highly recommend Buenos Ayres and Mar Caribe restaurants. Both are a 5-8 min walk from the house. There’s a large grocery store just a 5 min drive away with all you would ever need. Finally, easy access to main highway that takes you to Old San Juan, Condado, or back to airport in 10-15 mins. Traffic might spike that to 15-20 but you’re near everything in this amazing house. I have business in PR in the coming months and I might just rent this place again. It was that nice. We had a great stay at Christina and Ramon's house. Christina thinks of everything and the house is clean and very well stocked! She even has Downy scent boosters! The house has gated parking included, which is rare. The house also has a generator, which was amazing when there was an island wide power outage. The house is close to two great beaches and she gave us same great recommendations. The kids loved the pool! The only thing that I didn't realize, which is my fault is that one of the bedrooms (with a full bed) was downstairs and my daughter did not want to sleep downstairs by herself. I was worried about the proximity to the airport but we barely heard the planes and they did not impact our stay at all! I would highly recommednd staying here!

So much to say about the property,beautiful view of the beach and I mean outstanding,host was responsive and even gave recommendations,close to restaurants,gas stations,and pharmacies all a walking distance,to some it all up I had a perfect experience and will definitely recommend and returning

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Enjoy the home very much well kept with all amenities. The view was beautiful and the host Omar very helpful. Will definitely consider in the future.

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. Only 5 minutes from the airport. Gated community. 4bed2bath 6beds. Co host angel was amazing! He lives close by and is always attentive and very helpful. He even brought us hot bread from a local bakery in the morning. Definitely recommend this air bnb.

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days recently. John’s apartment could not be closer to the beach. We spent most of our time there and being so close to pop up and make lunch or grab things was extremely convenient. There is a separate entrance from the street that leads to an outdoor shower to rinse off and bathrooms which was great because there are not public rinse stations or public bathrooms at this beach. The street between the beach and apartment is pretty grimy so wear shoes :) The apartment is small but was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and separate bedroom. This place has everything you need including beach supplies like chairs and toys. John is an excellent host and communicator. He met us there before we got to the room! We had an issue with the door handle and he fixed it immediately and even got our kids a souvenir for the trouble (which there really was no trouble at all!) I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the ocean in San Juan.

This condo was super cute and clean. Stunning views of the ocean, sky and pool area. Gary was an amazing host! Gave us a warm welcome and kept checking in and provided excellent recommendations of where to eat. Definitely would consider renting again in the future.

Excellent location. Steps from the beach, quick uber to Old San Juan and we were even able to make it out to El Yunque. The airport can be very noisy but nothing the host can do about that. Apart from the noise it was great to watch the planes from one side of the balcony with a beautiful beach view one the other. Linda was flexible with a last minute early check in request which I am so thankful for.

Can't say enough good things - we stayed here two nights as a family of four. Small but very comfortable space with great view & very kid-friendly beach. Allison was super proactive communicating and checked in after the power went out. We had a hot night with no lights/fan/AC but no fault of hers and she even discounted our stay in recognition of it. Would have no hesitations returning, thank you Allison!

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!
