The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

I highly recommend Eileen’s place, she is such an amazing host. Always asking if everything is good, Or if you need anything at anytime let her know. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 🥰 Also Gabriela ( her daughter) is such a helpful person. it was my first time in Puerto Rico and she recommended the best beaches and places to visit. They made me felt like it was my own home. The place is absolutely nice and well equipped and clean. The location is 15min away from all of the restaurants, airport and San Juan viejo!

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

Howard is the best airbnb host I've had the pleasure of booking with. The island lost power twice during our stay and he was more than ready for it. He provided us with battery operated fans and LED lights with extra batteries. He also had a generator running until midnight for our comfort so we had a/c running until then. He constantly checked on us and made sure we were taken care of the entire time we were there. I definitely recommend staying at his place and would book again! Thanks Howard, you're the best!

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for our family, especially with kids — plenty of room to relax, and everything felt safe and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends. Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Chonte was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending our mornings by the pool or on the patio and our evenings exploring. Thanks to the staff our stay couldn’t have been better. Our drivers Voss, Javier, Carlos, and Maggie were absolutely phenomenal. Always prompt with picking us up and making sure the vehicle was large enough to accommodate our group of 7. As well as offering recommendations. Chef Claudia prepared the most amazing meals for us and Monica came in daily to clean/straighten up. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. 5 stars all around!

The apartment is in a prime location with everything you need right outside your front door. Keep in mind, it’s in the heart of the most popular street in old San Juan, so expect to hear outside noise, but the rooms are far enough back in the apartment that you don’t hear anything when going to bed. Apartment had everything we needed. Gautam is a super kind and responsive host. Extra stars for him accommodating my family and our needs. Thank you!
