We fell in love with this place! If you’re thinking about staying here- do it! You won’t regret it. This is the cutest little studio, right on a gorgeous lake. It feels so homey and had everything we needed for a cozy little weekend. Also, Lynne & John are the kindest, MOST gracious hosts. They made us breakfast one morning, left us banana bread & cookies & other snacks in our room, and they were just generally the sweetest people ever! They gave us tons of recommendations for fun things to do around town, too. The dock was so beautiful to sit and look at the lake in the mornings. We can’t say enough good things about this place & the hosts, and we really hope to come back again someday soon!💗

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

Bernie was a great host. He met us to greet us and check us in and show us around the place because it is a little unique. The house is wonderful and oozes with history. There are a couple things about the set up of the unit to be aware of. The kitchen is completely enclosed within the house so there are no windows and no way to exhaust fumes - just be aware of this so you do not unwittingly set off the smoke alarm and disturb the neighbors in adjacent units. Also, the door to the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms within the cottage unit doesn't lock, so you will need to come up with a system to alert your travel partners when someone is using the bathroom to avoid walking in on each other. Other than those two points for awareness, though, everything else is great. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the linens are pristine, the kitchen has everything you need, and the house is right by Otsego Lake and only a block from Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Rick was so kind and accommodating during my stay at his Airbnb. His place was lovely and was the perfect place to stay close to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Hoping to stay there again. Thank you Rick and family!

This spot was great! It served as a base camp for the Adirondack portion of our 2024 fall expedition. It's just minutes from Lake George but not in the chaos so when you are done there you feel like you are going home. Our only regret is that we had so many road trips planned we didn't get to spend much time at Glen lake - it is so peaceful and quiet. However, It was great to wake up each morning to the sun sparkling across the lake and coming right into the living room through the trees, especially with the leaves radiating in color. Everything is right nearby so it's super convenient and it's just a minute from RT87 so you can go where ever you want. The host we're super nice, very friendly and made it feel like we were at our 3rd home - totally comfortable! We'd go back in a heartbeat...

We had a great time at Rocky Lodge! The lakeside setting is unmatched. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming off the dock, paddling around the bay and listening to the loons. The house and boathouse were clean and comfortable, check-in and communication were easy. We'd like to come back!

Our stay was amazing. The scenery was beautiful, the cabin itself was well stocked and clean and our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future!

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we booked, Karen was amazing with communication—super responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat with a host who really goes above and beyond. My family and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful home. Olga was fantastic, always responsive if we reached out and very helpful. The home was even more beautiful and breathtaking when we first walked into the house than we could have imagined! The home was spacious and cozy, and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed waking up early to work for a few hours overlooking the lake and the beautiful view of the sunrise, enjoying a nice cup of coffee while everyone else was still sound asleep in the comfortable accommodation. The sunset was even more stunning. We will definitely return if we get the chance.

Beautiful location and house amenities were exceptional. Host even had a welcome basket of goodies sitting out for our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms well appointed and the views spectacular. Close to lots of activities and restaurants Would definitely stay again

Absolutely loved this house, this lake and surrounding area. The house was ideal for us. We had a full house with 10 guests for our son’s wedding. Could not have been more perfect. Adults loved the house, spa and views. Grandkids fell in love with the lake and dock. (And pet carp!) Rich was very helpful with questions and left clear instructions (and wonderful stories) at the house. We talked about coming back even before we left. Cheers!

This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend get away. So close to town and such a cute area to sit around and enjoy the area and family.

Kris’s place was adorable and clean. It would be so beautiful in the summer, but we enjoyed the hot tub spa and fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Beautiful views from the loft bedroom!

We stayed a month at Nisha’s place. We loved how peaceful it was and beautiful. Being able to access the pond right down the hill was a plus! The pond was wonderful for paddleboard and kayaking! We were there thru the tornado and Nisha was responsive and concerned about our well being. We had to stay in a hotel two nights but it all worked out! Overall a great stay and incredibly relaxing. Wonderful neighbors was a plus! 😊

This is our third time at Nick & Lynn’s! There is plenty of space to spread out, cook, dine, watch tv together and enjoy the incredible view and serenity of Saratoga Lake. Yes, will return!
