Wild strawberry Shepard’s Hut with Hot Tub

Beautiful shepherds hut powered by solar for an off grid experience along the Wild Atlantic Way situated on Connemara farm land located 20 minutes from Galway city and 10 minutes from Oughterard and Lough Corrib. Sleeps 3 with a double bed and a single bed. Kitchenette with running water and gas hob, separate fire pit/BBQ area and outhouse with toilet, sink and heated shower. There is a small wood burning stove in the Shepherds hut with kindling provided. Towels and bedding are also provided.

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Keeper's Cottage, Fermoyle, Connemara, Galway

Set in the splendid isolation of South Connemara, Keeper’s cottage is one of two neighbouring cottages in the grounds of Fermoyle Lodge, a Victorian fishing lodge built in 1875. The cottage boasts extensive gardens and spectacular views of the mountains. Close to coral sand beaches and lakes, yet within 40 minutes of cosmopolitan Galway City, the cottage is perfectly positioned. Great hiking, boating and a good choice of restaurants/pubs with live music are within a 15/20 minute drive.

St. Bridget’s of Carna

Beautiful stand alone house at the end of a private road. The perfect house for large gatherings, special dinner occasions, parties, or a home base for exploring this area of Ireland. You will be surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are six large bedrooms including two en suites. There are three pull out sofa beds if you need more sleeping room. The town is about a 15 minute walk away. There you will find pubs with food and live music. Be as loud or quiet as you wish.

It is a perfect retreat for Couples and Solo Travellers especially, and a complimentary home cooked meal will be included at no extra cost for all those single guests travelling alone, if they wish.

Recently lovingly refurbished, this apartment is beside Kilmurvey Beach which is one of the most beautiful Blue Flag white sandy beaches on the west coast.
