Oh, the views!!! I rented the space for family from out of town. They were over the moon. The location ‘right on the sand’ was incredible! That’s what you’re paying for. The home itself could be amazing with a few updates. A beach property will never feel clean with carpet. Just that simple change would make the home feel updated and bring more value. There is no light on the balcony, so bring a lantern if you enjoy sitting outside after sunset. Furnishings are dated but comfortable. Overall, the week with my family so close was the best thing I could ask for.

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

This was a great spot for our family! Super clean, great amenities and views! Highly recommend!

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!

We had a great stay here. The area is so beautiful and very private. The proximity to the ocean is great. The trail to the beach is so nice and doesn't take very long. The grounds of the resort are beautiful. Very clean unit and comfortable bed. The grocery store in the village shops is awesome and the staff are very friendly. The resort staff were very friendly as well. The only issue and it's not a deal breaker but there was this loud exhaust fan like noise coming from the roof above the restaurant on Friday night from about 8 pm to 2 am and it was hard to hear the ocean waves. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful, spacious home. Very clean and well equipped. Lots of parking with easy access to the second floor condo. Carts to haul luggage and groceries was a real plus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat in. Easy access to a wonderful walking beach. Seating was comfortable and conducive to long conversations. There were many interesting local attractions. While the property listing states a capacity for 10 people, sleeping space for adults is 6 - 7: king and queen beds for 4 people; the 2 lower bunk beds for SMALL adults and one person on the unopened couch. The couch bed was uncomfortable when opened. Unfortunately, one of our group fell when trying to come down from the top bunk. Our host Jay was very available and supportive both before & during our stay.

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

We came together for a family weekend for my mom and nephew's birthday. 63 and 4. Every age group enjoyed the stay. There was something for everyone. From relaxing to playing in the sand. We opted for a house vs hotel because we wanted to have a home cooked dinner to celebrate. the kitchen was supplied more than adequately and the local shops provided us with fresh and delicious ingredients. It was a great experience! My nephew even cried because he didn't want to leave the beautiful house 🥹. Definitely a place to make memories.

This place was perfect for our family get together! It was clean and right on the beach! Well worth what we paid and I would def go back. Everyone was super helpful and we got right in with no problems! All in all it was beautiful, everyone we talked to was friendly!!

Our family loved this spot. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the ocean views and fireplace made it a very cozy stay.

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.

Communicative host. Quiet, peaceful and picturesque. Bed was super comfy, and the place was clean. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but we had no problem with the 10 min drive into town. Great central location to explore the cost. Ventured from Santa Cruz to Big Sur over three days. Would return!

The place is at a great location. The resort has three swimming pools. The apartment is next to the North swimming pool. We can see the wave from the balcony and dining room. The kitchen is clean and have everything I need. We had a wonderful weekend with my family.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

We spent several nights in David’s condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had kind and timely communication with David even before our arrival, and the condo itself was just perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is in a very peaceful, private area and closer to the water than expected. Breathing the ocean air and the sound of waves is so healing. I watched humpback whales breach and dolphins feeding, it was very pleasant to have pelicans flying right past as well. The sunsets were beautiful and it was such excellent viewing at any time of day with 2 deck levels to choose from. You can view the coast from Santa Cruz all the way down to Monterey! The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with cozy quilts and pillows. There are comfy throws for your lap and many other homey touches. The condo has so many dishes and pots and pans it’s easy to cook a meal. I can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you David!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home! The house was very clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. One of the highlights was the amazing view of the ocean right from the house absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come back.

We will be back! Absolutely gorgeous! The only thing we were unaware of is the $200 fee to use the bonfire pits. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to stay and unfortunately we didn’t want to spend the money on it after thinking it came with the hotel stay. Pools were great! Very accommodating and friendly staff!

This was the first air bnb i’ve ever stayed and it was great. the view was beyond beautiful. There was so many things offered to us like boogie boards, board games, and other family fun. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful, you can hear the waves crashing from the ocean while sitting on the couch. I will definitely be returning!!
