Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

It is so close to all the best up and coming bars, restaurants and activities that you do not need to be anywhere else. The apartment remains peaceful and quiet even in the buzzing historic heart of Nottingham. Also we do not allow parties or smoking.

Within walking distance of public transport links plus shops, bars and restaurants. The property is on the 1st floor - there is no lift and it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
