Beautiful apartment, comfortable and great location!

Great location close to everything, beautiful complex with the big pool and friendly staff. our host Sebastian was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommended

Our stay at Playa Bonita was incredible. The beach itself has everything you want, warm blue waters, calm and great for kids, with waves that don't knock you over but still allow you to surf. A cove steps away with an ocean pool. Close to many local restaurants, so we didn't have to drive to get meals. A 10 min drive into the main town to get groceries and visit many more restaurants. The place was as pictured and my family and I enjoyed the penthouse outdoor living area with kitchen. We shared meals there and played games after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed us to have great gathering space but also allow you space from others when needed. Daniel and his staff were honest and very responsive. We didn't know the cleaners were coming mid stay and left all of our cash out in the open and it was untouched. This was an incredible stay, will definitely come back again.

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

Overall a very enjoyable stay, for a party of three. It's a light filled, renovated apartment on the top floor of a building still undergoing renovations. The style is well curated modern, and the neighborhood will appeal to you if you're ok with a little roughness(defined here as some buildings more derelict than others, the next door space occupied by a few pigeons, roosters on the street, etc.-which can define Santurce as well as San Juan!). Always quiet & felt safe, essentially a 10 minute walk to beach, good food, a supermarket, and a truly special (seriously so) restaurant on end of block named Manzana De Java. Other highlights include having access to the main hotel Dreamcatcher's tours, which for us was the incredible El Yunque rainforest/waterfall trip with guide Sam. It's also worth noting the hyperresponsiveness of the Dreamcatcher team when things go awry.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Beautiful home, easily walkable to beach and to some great food/drink options in north Santa Teresa. Housekeeping kept it spotless every day. Would recommend.

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

We are so glad we chose this place to stay in San Juan for our 5 night trip! We ended up extending our trip an extra night and On aul was very accommodating for that. In fact, he was gracious and accommodating from start to finish. We had everything we needed for our stay, plus little extras that make a big difference when you are traveling by plane. Shampoo, body wash, lotion..... very helpful for travelers. We enjoyed chatting with Paul here and there as we passed, and our highlight was being greeted by the little sweet dog and/or the cat when we got home 💙🐾 Each day we walked to the beach (a 20 min scenic, nice walk). One day we rode scooters to and from (Bird app), but we enjoyed walking mostly. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The last 2 days of the trip we rented a car from Charlie's nearby. That was easy. You won't be disappointed with this stay, it is very private and the bed is really comfortable. This trip was my 21 year old daughter and I.

we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico, the weather was perfect, the location great, and the apartment just like the pictures and description. Beachfront and beautiful!

GREAT location - direct access to private beach - we saw a turtle swimming our last day and spent 15 mins following it.. was so cool. Paynes beach is actually where the Catamarans stop to see the turtles and swim. Lots of really nice restaurants around too.

It was a very great place. Very great host there there to help you 24 hours a day very kind very good secure location with Evard dogs. I would recommend anyone to stay here as I’m gonna be here next month and I will stay there again.
