One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Prestigioso appartamento in stile tirolese con finiture di pregio e mobili d’epoca, stanze spaziose con cabina armadio e bagno privato. Ha un meraviglioso terrazzo panoramico su Latemar e Catinaccio. A pochi passi da mini market, piste da sci, ristoranti tipici e a 1 km dal Lago di Carezza. Ideale per escursioni a piedi, in bici o in moto. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Das Mountainview-Apartment „VALSORDA“ befindet sich im 2. Stock unseres Hauses. Sie besteht aus einer komplett ausgestatteten Wohnküche mit Couch und TV, Spülmaschine, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Farb-TV, Südbalkon, einem Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett und Farb-TV, Südbalkon und einem Bad mit DU/WC. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf unserem Hausberg LATEMAR.

Our new apartments are located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location surrounded by greenery, 900m from the village center of Siusi. The apartments are modern, very bright and spacious, furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpenflair.
