Our garden coachhouse is a small modern two bedroom house in our garden. It is a lovely self contained unit. We are conveniently located close to Cardiff and Penarth’s Victorian seafront and pier. There are good bus and train links within walking distance (bus stop is 50 feet from house).There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.

The lodge is newly equipped with all kitchen facilities including a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washer- dryer. Adjacent is an eating area. Easy chairs including one converting into a child's bed (this may not be long enough for an adult). There is WIFI, a desk, and a high chair on request. King size double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Linen is provided (also for one child if required). There is a small outside seating area, free parking with an optional car charging facility.

The property benefits from beautiful views over the stunning countryside of the Vale of Glamorgan, neighbouring a working farm and stable yard. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.
