This quaint cosy cottage is purpose built and sits on the Taff Trail in the village of Troedyrhiw, with panoramic views . Less than 1 mile from Bike Park Wales, and 3 miles from the Historic Town Centre of Merthyr Tydfil, 9 miles from Brecon Beacons National Park and 22 miles from Cardiff, with the benefit of private parking for 2 vehicles and ample further parking opposite and in the near vicinity. Also a safe secure alarmed bike shed, suitable for 5 large bikes, covered by CCTV, with heater.

Our cottage is a lounge/Kitchen that is light & airy with French doors leading to the patio, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, cake, biscuits, We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer in the kitchen, These are NOT for use of one Night Stays, Only for guests staying 4 days or longer. Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. Bathroom bath & overhead shower, I supply Towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner & toilet rolls,

There is a private gated courtyard where you can enjoy the views of the sunset and the gorgeous views in a private hot tub. The Beach House has everything you need for a weekend (or week) away. Located 1.5 miles north of Pontypridd town centre, high up on top of Graigwen Hill, the perfect place to explore South Wales with walks directly from the door. The property is part of an active smallholding, the full land mostly used to graze horses. The cottages backs onto a large field where our Highland Cattle graze.

And 3 large settees to chill out, with two car parking spaces outside the door. What more do you need ?

The Old Stables were restored to a very high standard in 2018 and offer very comfortable and spacious accommodation with two bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room. The living space is open plan with a large sitting area, dining and fitted kitchen. There are two sets of bi-fold doors with lovely views across the valley. Under floor heating makes the cottage very warm and cosy. Wifi is connected and there is ample parking.
