Traveled to Nicaragua from San Antonio,TX to visit my husbands family. Wanting to visit the beach, booked Rene’s home for the whole family. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool the open huge patio. Everything was nice and clean. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and the grill also. We will definitely be booking Rene’s home again on our next visit to Nicaragua ❣️

Hacienda Ceci is a beautiful home set back in a private neighborhood close to the main highway. It is very easy to drive to local cities for shopping and restaurants. It is also very safe. The yards, pool area, back patio and garden felt like our own private haven. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities you'd want. The kitchen is big and beautiful and it was a pleasure to use. I stayed with my husband and two teens and we all loved the house. We would like to return with more family members next time. Lastly, there were pets on the property: two dogs and two kittens. They can be kept away if needed but they made the house feel like a home. They were our welcoming committee every time we returned to the house and my kids loved them most. Staying at Hacienda Ceci helped us have a great trip in Carazo. Highly recommend!

Jay and Claudia treated me like family and brought me around town, took me to the beaches and introduced me to friends. Felt right at home.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in San Juan del Sur. The location could not be better—just one block from the beach and within walking distance to the best restaurants, the malecón, and a small marina area. It is in a mixed neighborhood, but that is something quite typical for Nicaragua and adds to the local charm. If you come with realistic expectations, this place is truly a great option. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, which was a huge plus, and a small kitchenette for simple meals. One of the best parts was the convenience of having a small pulpería (local store) right next door. The lady who runs it also handles the keys and was incredibly helpful at any time, day or night. It felt like staying in a real community. Victoria was super friendly and always available to answer questions. Her presence next door made things even easier, and we could get anything we needed directly from her store. We definitely plan to return!

El apartamento es perfecto, cómodo, limpio y completo, hay piscina en el 1er piso. Para llegar al lugar el acceso es fácil, sin desviarse mucho de la carretera principal y calle completamente adoquinada.

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

This was a great place for us for our first time We liked the proximity to everything We had good internet and power Adele always respond promptly to any questions This is a fun, safe place to be and explore to different places. And the people are friendly

J ai adoré mon séjour l endroit est formidable. Le balcon donne une très belle vue sur l océan et les coucher de soleil sont a couper le souffle. Le spot est parfait pour aller surfer et profiter pleinement de la plage et la piscine. Pour se rendre au village il est préférable de se louer une petite bicyclette, moto ou kart de golf ! Il est certain que j y retourne l année prochaine!

We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

Listing is precisely as indicated in description/photos at time of my stay. Clean, good security measures and appliances in working condition. Air conditioning works very well and there is even warm water. Host was kind and diligently helped to make my last minute evening reservation faster, even despite me feeling impatient due to it being the final few hours of visiting my girlfriend and me wanting to accomplish some things with her before taking my flight at 2am. It was easy for my girlfriend to go back and spend the remainder of the night there after I left because there is a remote control key (and / or code) that opens and closes the property entrance gate in addition to keys to your own particular apartment studio room. I saw that there is also a washer and dryer available for use. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and stores, close to some malls, and only about 11 or 13 minutes from the airport. It is also located on the same road as the airport.

Tom was super responsive, had a WiFi issue, he was all over it. Great place to stay, would love to go back.

The place is super nice! I will 100% come back. We were arriving early and they kindly enough let us do an early checked. The house had everything we needed, games , books, pool towels. Made the stay very comfortable.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to town and right on the main beach strip of San Juan Del Sur. The decor is fabulous and the suite was well equipped with kitchen utensils as well as a good supply of towels for the bathroom and the beach. Nolan was easy to deal with and kindly accomodated some changes we required.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!

Great location with amazing views of the beach. Space was as described. Would stay again.
