Koorayn is a 15 acre property located 3.1km (or a 4min drive) from Dunkeld, the ”Gateway to the Grampians". The house has a retro and individualized charm. This is the perfect place for you to enjoy the calming landscape and abundant wildlife. Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Our charismatic colonial-style cottage fondly known as 'Salty', is the perfect base camp for the epic walks of the Grampians National Park, her moody interior sets the scene for the perfect intimate getaway.

Cottage in Dunkeld with stunning mountain views. Ideal for couples, friends and families (up to 6 people) who love bushwalking and relaxing in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.
