Un lugar increíble, aunque alejado de la zona norte o sur es fácil tomar transporte o taxi y llegar. cuenta con todo lo necesario, es súper amplio y bonito el departamento, además de ello tiene alberca. Recomendado.

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

El departamento se encuentra en una muy bonita zona y en si, cumple con todo lo descrito, excelente trato del anfitrion y el lugar estaba impecable y ordenado. Sin duda no será la única vez que esté ahí.

A nice get away from the crowds. Can walk or get an uber for a few dollars to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and no one was ever in it. Very safe environment as well.

El departamento es bastante cómodo , con una excelente ubicación, cercano a playas , cuenta con todas las amenidades que describe y hay seguridad, excelente lugar para alojarte !! Los anfitriones están al pendiente, en lo personal no los contacté mucho pero cuando los necesitaba nos contestaban rápido :)

We loved every minute of our stay at this quiet apartment located in Cancun's hotel zone. It's a little tricky to find at first, as the entrance doesn't face the street, but it is in a quiet secluded area with cute family-run restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. There is a lobby entrance at ground floor, and the rooms are located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. The room itself is well appointed and maintained, and the air conditioning works great. Front desk staff are available to assist with check-in, and were very friendly and happy to help. The host offered to pick us up at the airport, and let us check in early for no additional charge, which was a lifesaver as my travel companion was not feeling well and needed to lie down. Thank you!!! If you want an affordable option in the ritzy tourist district of Cancun, that is in a quiet area but a short walk from the night life, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Claudia responded well to me and help me with everything. The place has a nice gate so you’ll feel safe whether you’re with family or solo traveling. Peace and quiet but not too far from all the things you may want or need. Will stay again!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa durante nuestra visita a México, y gran parte de ello se lo debemos a Xochitl y su hermosa casa. Desde el primer momento, nos recibió con una calidez inigualable, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su hospitalidad y atenciones fueron excepcionales: siempre atenta a cada detalle y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es simplemente encantadora: limpia, cómoda, con una decoración acogedora y un ambiente tranquilo que invitaba al descanso. Cada rincón reflejaba el cariño y el cuidado con el que está mantenida. Fue el lugar perfecto para relajarnos después de nuestros días explorando México. Estamos profundamente agradecidos con Xochitl por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia aún más especial. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

We loved our stay here, the location is great to walk around and explore. The pool was great and having someone meet us at the house to show us everything and give us dinner recommendations was really nice. This place doesn't have a view but the location is great. The house was very nice and we had hot water and very great air conditioning

well......the pictures don't do it justice this place is amazing. Gaby's place is about as private as you can get in the area, while there arent any views from the place you feel secure and can relax in the beautiful pool with no worries from the outside world. The house is also absolutely spotless. older building but easily one the cleanest places we have ever stayed. All the amenities you could need. All shopping centers and restaurants are within a 4 min walk with a convenience store literally 200m away. We noticed the prices for restaurants were substantially cheaper than places like Playa as well. Gaby was also extremely responsive with all our questions an needs should you have any. will definitely return.

Pasamos una maravillosa semana en este apartamento. Muy bien ubicado, de fácil acceso y muy bonito. La vista desde la terraza era maravillosa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Volveríamos sin duda alguna.

Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones, el lugar es muy tranquilo y tiene buena vista, está en buena zona.

Great stay. We loved the location and the space was perfect for three of us.

Lorena was our host while we stayed at the condo. She went above and beyond a good host. Any time we needed anything she took care of us. She picked up water when we ran low before the truck came. She brought an extra gate key when we had company, plus helped us with the bus system and more. Our blender broke and we had a replacement that day. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our condo was very clean with a bunch of extras, water, paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. there are many good restaurants close by as well as two large grocery stores as well as Walmart. The pool area and grounds are very clean and well maintained.
