Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Ein Wunderbares Haus, für uns, architektonisch sehr ansprechend. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem weitläufigen Garten, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem zentral. Wenn es sich einrichten lässt würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Perfecto para disfrutar de Ostuni i de la Puglia, en pleno centro, rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Aparcamiento gratuito cercano a solo 4 minutos. La calle es muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar después de todo un día visitando la Puglia. Muy buenas vistas desde la terraza. La cama es perfecta. Todo limpio y ordenado. Mario fue muy amable al recomendar restaurantes cercanos. Tuvo el detalle de obsequiarnos con un buen vino. Muy recomendable especialmente para parejas jovenes dado que tiene bastantes escaleras. Si volvemos a la Puglia repetiremos.

A group of friends and I booked this house as the base for my 30th birthday in Puglia and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want from a pool, beautiful outside dining area, roof access, yoga area and table tennis. The interior is furnished very tastefully and makes for a comfortable stay for 8 guests. The house is located in an extremely peaceful location surrounded by olive groves. It is slightly remote and you will need to hire a car to get here and get the most out of Puglia. We did arrange for a local taxi service to pick us up and bring us to the nearby town of Ostuni for a couple of nights (where there are also connections by bus and train to the rest of the region). The host was extremely responsive and flexible during our whole stay and made everything run smoothly. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing week in Italy with friends or family.

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Dario’s place was lovely with several evenings spend on the amazing terrace. The apartment does have steep stairs so I will take note of that when considering bags, but overall was a comfortable stay!

Perfect location in the old town but just outside of the restaurants and nightlife area so that you can still find plenty of peace and silence. Staying in the apartment feels a bit like going back in history with the dome ceiling and stone walls, whilst still enjoying all the standard amenities of modern life. Perfectly clean kitchen and bathroom. Accessing the property couldn't be easier, and you can get to the main square, bars and restaurants in less than 3 mins. Just a perfect place for a few days with the family.

Meget god kommunikation med udlejer. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Polignano a Mare, hvor der var en afslappende atmosfære og en smuk udsigt. Stor, anvendelig og meget brugbar tagterrasse. Rummelig lejlighed med stort soveværelse. Boligen er placeret centralt i gåafstand til den gamle bydel, havet og restauranter.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument parfaite, dans le calme de la campagne. La maison était accueillante, avec tous les petits détails qui font qu'on se sent comme à la maison. Mimma était très attentive et chaleureuse (merci encore pour le gâteau maison et les provisions). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre de la maison au milieu des trulli, avec la famille de Mimma comme voisins : on s'est sentis comme en famille tout en ayant une parfaite intimité. La visite du trullo familial est un vrai plus, avec la découverte de la vie authentique dans ces habitats traditionnels. Les chiens très mignons sont vite devenus les compagnons de nos séjours sur la terrasse. Bref, un vrai havre de paix !

Un séjour merveilleux à Grumo Appula. On se sent chez soi avec un appartement soigné et décoré . Le village est extrêmement plaisant. On prend ses habitudes rapidement (le train notamment… 40min de Bari mais ça se fait facilement) Merci encore !

Casa Adelia is one of my favourite AirBnB’s that I’ve stayed in. The house is so full of character and just minutes from Ostuni old town. Our flight from UK was delayed meaning we arrived much later than initially planned, however Alessia was absolutely great about the delay and was really helpful and friendly when we checked in. The house itself was immaculately clean and tidy. All in all, I can’t recommend Casa Adelia too highly

We had a very pleasant stay at Orazio’s beautiful villa outside of Martina Franca. The house itself is lovely but the outdoor space is spectacular. There are many places to lounge in the sun or to have a meal, or to simply sit in the sheltered patio. Orazio is the perfect host! He is very proactive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The swimming pool is a very welcome extra that we were grateful to have. Would love to return!

Sehr schönes Haus zentral gelegen in der Nähe der wunderschönen Stadt Ostuni. Eingerichtet mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail. 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit en-suite Bad und Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zu viert. Sehr netter Empfang durch Martine, welche immer sofort bei Fragen/Problemen erreichbar und sehr hilfreich war. Der Pool und die Aussenanlage sind traumhaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, das schmale Einfahrtstor, welches in Vorbemerkungen erwähnt wurde, war kein Problem für uns.

Loredana a été très réactive et de bons conseils. Très bonne communication. La maison se situe dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour sillonner la région. Les chambres 2 e 3 sont accolées à la cuisine sans portes. C'est bon à savoir même si pour nous ça n'a pas été dérangeant.

Luciana est une hôte très amicale, dynamique et accueillante. Elle vous donnera des conseils et fera en sorte que vous ne manquiez de rien. La maison est immense et on se sent comme chez soi. Le toit terrasse est superbe. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour sur tous les points mais il vous faudra une voiture pour visiter les Pouilles, c'est indispensable car c'est une grande région. Merci Luciana !

Giovanna et Leonardo sont des HOTES EXCEPTIONNELS ! Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans leur maison confortable, très propre et bien équipée. De plus, de délicates attentions, très appréciées, nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, légumes, confiture, huile d’olives etc …). La Casa Giovanna est très bien localisée pour rayonner dans les Pouilles et découvrir cette merveilleuse région. Elle est en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos publiées sur Airbnb. Notre séjour dans leur maison s’est très bien déroulé, au calme, au coeur de plantations d’oliviers et de cerisiers et d'un grand jardin fleuri. Giovanna et Leonardo sont profondément gentils, très serviables et très réactifs. Nous leur renouvelons nos très sincères remerciements.

Posto tranquillissimo e bellissimo dove rilassarsi e godersi un po' di tranquillità e a 15-20 minuti di distanza da altri luoghi da visitare. Erika è stata super disponibile e gentile all'accoglienza. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà. Assolutamente consigliato!

Ho appena terminato un soggiorno da sogno in un alloggio unico, situato proprio sul famoso e iconico ponte nel cuore di Polignano a Mare. La posizione è semplicemente spettacolare: svegliarsi ogni mattina con la vista sul mare cristallino e il suggestivo paesaggio del centro storico è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è un gioiello di stile, arredata con gusto, con ogni dettaglio curato, offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La location è perfetta: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, dai ristoranti tipici e dalle bellissime calette che caratterizzano la zona. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e l'ospitalità di Maira hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Nonostante il meteo avverso, relax, confort e soprattutto l'entusiasmo di alloggiare in un luogo così suggestivo hanno caratterizzato questa esperienza di soggiorno unica a Polignano a Mare che non posso fare altro che consigliare a tutti vivamente.

La plus belle maison que nous ayons eu la chance de louer sur Airbnb. Encore mieux que sur les photos, environnement magique avec accès direct privé à une belle petite plage. Piergiorgio s’est toujours montré réactif et attentif à ce que notre voyage se déroule bien. Une destination merveilleuse qu’on recommande à 💯 % 🤩 .

Bra lägenhet med ingång till det enda rummet direkt från gatan. Verkar vara en vanlig typ av boende här. Lite mörkt men vi tillbringade inte så mycket tid i lägenheten så det gjorde inget. Bra läge i fantastiska Polignano a Mare! Dessutom mycket trevligt och lätt att kommunicera med Francesco! Gav många bra tips! Återkommer gärna!
