Take a break and unwind at this cosy, off-grid cottage. Mulleun Cottage offers expansive views over the Mulloon Creek valley to the Budawangs, allowing you to rest and recharge. Make the most of the views from the undercover deck and firepit. The resident horses will come to greet you, & you can watch the native wildlife go by. A charming self contained cottage in quiet rural surroundings 20 minutes from Canberra and 5 from Queanbeyan. One night stays are accepted during the week but a 2 night minimum applies on Friday and Sat. An open plan cottage with a queen bed, king single and a single trundle. Cottage amenities include; all necessary linen, a well appointed kitchen and bathroom, BBQ and all the usual items such as TV, DVD, iron etc and undercover parking. Pets are welcome @$20/pet/nt payable after arrival.

Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. We celebrate four seasons & the interior provides comfort no matter the weather! You'll see plenty of Aussie wildlife too. Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
