Karingal Cabin Retreat

This secluded cabin is the perfect retreat for a single, couple, or a family looking to 'switch off' from the daily grind. There is a grassed camping area right next to the cabin for the kids to sleep in tents, while mum and dad can relax comfortably in Karingal Cabin. Kids stay free when you bring your own tents. We are 5 mins drive from the tourist & fishing village of Yeppoon. We are 190 metres above sea level and boast views north towards the Byfield Ranges and East over the Keppel Isles.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, WiFi, books to read, a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing front deck with outdoor furniture. A short stroll to the beaches, hotel and unique town, with shop's, cafes, art gallery, museum & RSL monument Relax on your large deck with views of the ocean or wander across the road for a swim at the patrolled beach. Well behaved dogs allowed, there is a large enclosed deck, but no garden. Please note we are on a hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Visiting Great Keppel Island ? There is a fully stocked kitchen, lounge room and childrens tv area. Once you open the sliding doors the fabulous entertainers patio provides and extension from the inside out. The fully fenced backyard is an entertainers dream. You can lounge in one of the couches on the patio area while watching the children in the pool or dine al fresco.

Raglan Heritage School

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Raglan school is a cozy historic schoolhouse overlooking the school oval to the mangroves lining Raglan creek. Sit round the fire pit while saying hello to the resident animals, goats, sheep, our gelding Sav and his little brother Herbie our orphan yearling foal. You can stay inside and play a board game or sit back with a book on the screened veranda. Plenty of birds will keep you company. Take a break from tech and enjoy nature.
