Appartamento indipendente con parcheggio privato e ampio terrazzo, il lago maggiore è le sue spiagge sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti con l'autovettura, uscendo di casa ci sono splendidi sentieri per camminare o per usare la bicicletta. Durante la settimana, dopo le 2 di notte potrebbe esserci dei rumori perché c'è un panettiere che lavora nelle vicinanze, è consigliata l'automobile per spostarsi e per raggiungere la casa.
