Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Kristina per un weekend tra amici ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. La casa è spaziosa, bellissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno: non è mancato assolutamente nulla. La vista è semplicemente stupenda, ci ha accompagnati in ogni momento della giornata rendendo il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ai vicini, Luigi e Ivana, persone gentilissime e accoglienti che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Kristina è stata super disponibile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Siamo stati in 11 amici in questa villa per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben tenuta, perfetta per gruppi numerosi. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. La posizione è comoda, a soli 10 minuti dal centro di Anzio, quindi facile da raggiungere ma abbastanza tranquilla per rilassarsi. Un’ottima esperienza, consigliatissima!

Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

Scelta per un visita a Roma, si è rivelata ottima per alloggiare in un quartiere tranquillo. Con la macchina si raggiungono i parcheggi della Metro, noi abbiamo utilizzato quello della Tiburtina ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Colosseo. Loft ordinato e Per Friendly.

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

We loved staying at Bruno’s and Britta’s place. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace and an amazing once in a lifetime view of St. Peter’s basilica. The walk to the Vatican is only 13 minutes, however the area felt quiet, very safe, and less touristy than other parts of Rome we visited. There’s a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Very good transit links are reachable within short walking distance. Britta and Bruno communicated proactively and thoroughly.

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, on avait pas envie de le quitter !!! Nous nous sommes sentis tellement privilégiés de loger si près du Colisée. Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e non posso che raccomandare vivamente questa struttura. L'alloggio è molto pulito, ampio e confortevole, perfetto per rilassarsi. I padroni di casa, Gianni e Carolina, sono persone squisite che fanno sentire gli ospiti ben accolti. La casa presenta un'ampia veranda coperta e un giardino attrezzato con barbecue, in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto era in ottimo stato e la casa confortevole. Un encomio va al signor Gianni che In questo periodo di giornate così fredde, la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha chiamata la mattina per informarsi riguardo l'orario del mio arrivo e, al mio ingresso, ho trovato i termosifoni accesi, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Questa coccola non è passata inosservata e ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Anfitriã muito gentil, enviou orientações e opções de como chegar de transporte público, a estação de metrô mais próxima, o supermercado, os restaurantes nas vizinhanças e dicas de passeios. Apartamento afastado do centro, decorado com muito bom gosto e agradável no terceiro andar de um prédio vintage, sem elevador, com degraus altos no último lance que necessitam de acabamento, sem acessibilidade para pessoas com pouca mobilidade. Ar puro e vista linda da região, com bicas de água potável no caminho de 850 m até o metrô. Recomendado para pessoas que buscam bairros tranquilos e longe da agitação. Gostamos muito e recomendamos o Cherry House. Gracie Mille Daniela!

Vi var två familjer med små barn som hyrde och hade en jättebra upplevelse. Doriana och medvärdar var mycket hjälpsamma. Det var svårt att hitta boendet genom adressen men vi fick en exakt pin till boendet som vi kunde lägga in i gps:en. Det vore bra om det fanns instruktioner för hur sopsorteringen fungerar i huset så slipper alla fråga. Vi förväntade oss att det skulle finnas mer förbrukningsartiklar så som salt, diskmedel, toapapper vilket det inte gjorde men värden ordnade de till oss när vi frågade. Det var väldigt mycket flugor överallt längs kusten där vi vistades vilket gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade uteplatsen lika mycket som vi trodde vi skulle göra. Enligt uppgifter så var det pga det blötare vädret som varit under hösten (vi var där i oktober) och inget som andra som vistas där under sommaren upplevt. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra vistelse!

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

E’ stato un weekend perfetto e rilassante! Casa pulita ed accogliente, il giardino poi totalmente recintato e curato ha permesso al nostro labrador di correre e giocare in assoluta sicurezza. La Sig.ra Graziella poi è stata da subito gentilissima. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare.

The amenities and the view are amazing! There are a swimming pool, a tennis court, a massive private garden, along with lots of common areas indoor and outdoor to hang out. Would definitely recommend to a large group! Drawbacks to consider: have to climb onto the bunk beds in two rooms; if you forget anything valuable behind you will never get it back!
