I felt at home, the host was very kind, respectful and responsive. Great neighborhood, near to the Logan Airport, shopping centers and restaurants. The house is very clean and well arranged. It’s also very peaceful. We had so much fun staying there.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

Loved my stay at Dave’s place in Newton. Perfectly cozy, with great lighting, books, and peaceful surroundings. It had everything I needed—private, secure, and full of that homely vibe. Super easy access to Boston and nearby areas too. Would definitely stay again. Thanks and cheers, Dave!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Nice apartment in really good location. So easy to get into town - bus - T - ferry. Also so easy to get to from the Airport. Apartment was very spacious - clean and tidy. Bar with restaurant at end of the street which also did take away. 20 minute walk to large supermarket. There was the facility to leave bags on final day after checkout as flight was late evening which was very helpful. Overall would recommend. Thank you.

Karen was a gracious host, her communication was excellent, the condo clean and cozy. Her binder of places to go and eat was a great help. The location was ideal. It was a great stay and would definitely book with Karen again!

Great place that is walking distance from the Wellington T stop. The neighborhood was chill and easy to park in. A great option if you’re traveling to the city but need to stay a little bit away.

10/10! Patricia is a wonderful host who went above and beyond during our stay. We stayed during the marathon - and it was a great location to get in and out of Boston with a rental car. Free parking right out front and we never had trouble finding a parking space. 5 minute drive to a grocery store (Wegmans), and delicious Italian restaurant close as well! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Patricia even helped make our stay special for our kids - so very thoughtful! We will stay here again when we are back in Boston for the race next year!

Meg’s place is perfect. I would even say the gold standard for an Airbnb experience. Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, central location (a bike further improves the experience, as she highlights in the description). The special touch was having been able to meet Meg and chat. She gave me the best tips about what to visit and where to eat. Excellent overall!

The place was very safe, and I felt right at home. Bathroom was very nice, bedroom was super spacious. Host was very reliable, and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable while staying here. I would stay here again. Good place to be. Easy access to trains to get into Boston. Great concert venues, restaurants, ballgames, and so much more to do. I mean… the neighborhood, the apartment, the price, the privacy, the atmosphere. Hard NOT to enjoy every second of the stay.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the upstairs apartment was very clean. There is quick access to local beaches and restaurants. We would stay again!

My friends and I were looking for somewhere to stay for a weekend event at the Dante Society, but I was familiar with the area and preferred not to use any of the closest hotels. Erin’s description of her well supplied accommodations were crystal clear and the apartment absolutely lived up to that and beyond. There was plenty of sleeping room for four adult men with the air mattress, and more than enough towels, etc to use. Erin was fast and clear with communication, and I had no trouble accessing the apartment or finding amenities inside. Would absolutely recommend this stay in Cambridge, especially considering how much there is to do within a 15 minute walking radius.

This is a must-stay!! We had a wonderful time and Brandon and Danielle were wonderful hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful, had all of the amenities we needed, and was walking distance to downtown Newport. Brandon made sure we had a pack n play and high chair in house for our 17-month old which was so very helpful. He also responded to our texts within minutes. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Brandon and Danielle!

We really enjoyed our stay! Joseph was very responsive to my check-in questions before we booked the apartment and was proactive providing check-in information the day before we arrived. The home was just as advertised, very clean, spacious and provided plenty of fresh towels. There were plenty of dishes, utensils and pots to cook our morning breakfast and lots of space to store our snacks and drinks. There was also a Keurig machine available with coffee that helped us get the day started. The neighborhood was safe and was easy to navigate with plenty of Hispanic restaurants around the neighborhood. The apartment is located a couple of minutes from the airport and a quick Uber ride to downtown. We would definitely recommend Joseph's place to anyone.

My best friend and I live in different states, and plan meet-ups in fun locations a couple of times a year, and we chose the Cape for this one. The Lotus was the PERFECT choice for our stay!! The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It has everything you could possibly want for amenities, and is so comfy. We had one day where it just POURED, and even hanging inside in front of the fire while sipping cocktails was amazing. The dock out over the pond was so great, with some great chairs to chill in. And the information provided about the house and area is second to none! What a fantastic stay, I would recommend so highly to anyone looking for a little oasis on the Cape.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was perfect for a small group of friends exploring the area! everything was very walkable to all the restaurants, bars/breweries, and coffe shops. Many of the parks scenic paths are only a 10 minute walk away including the shoreline. The views from the deck area were a crowd favorite especially during sunset. I would absolutely recommend staying here to enjoy a much deserved vacation and plan to return in the future!

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Jenny and Ania were super helpful from booking until checkout. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you for making the vacation with my son so wonderful.

This was our second time renting this property. We had a lovely adults weekend, and really enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!
