The home was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, quiet and conveniently accessed from the highway and had a nice park within walking distance to walk the dogs. A friendly community. We felt welcomed. The screened in porch and backyard were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

This will be my second time staying at Virginia’s Orlando location. My husband and I truly love it so much and will continue to stay here. Virginia is very responsive and is always checking up on you. Her description of the place is accurate. The location is lovely and is extremely safe! I have only good things to say and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. :)

This AIRBNB truly lives up to it’s description. Cute and cozy. Backyard is also cute and cozy.

We had a great stay, very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. The area felt safe. We would have enjoyed having a fire in the fire pit although the temperature was hot. Next time . We would like to come back next time we are in the area.

This was our first Airbnb! Place was very clean and comfortable! Everything was provided such as towels and other needed items until we could replenish them. Definitely recommend this place. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Place was newly done and looks fantastic! Very comfortable and felt at home! Close to everything! Stores, gas stations, car wash, restaurants, etc. Backyard is spacious and fenced off. Fruit trees growing in the backyard. Bananas mainly. That was great to see! Ice cream truck comes by about every 3 days! That was a great experience as well. We had no issues and were very pleased. The washer and dryer was an added bonus to us. 2 adults and two 17 year olds stayed here. Thank you for allowing us to stay there and thanks for quick replies. It was nice meeting your dad as well. Very nice man!

My family and friends had a beautiful time in cocoa beach. Renata was very responsive and gave us the precise location, instructions to get into the home and what to watch for. Renata also gave ideas of local residents and things to do with family and friends. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room!

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Even though it was a very short stay I had an amazing time! This cute little space was well equipped with everything that was needed and was extremely clean. The host were amazing. They were very responsive. And we’re literally the sweetest.! I can’t wait to come back next month. Thank you again for being an amazing host.♥️

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just like it was described! Everything was very clean and it was only a 5 minute to Cocoa Village. Linda was a fantastic host!

Property was just as described. Marlene is a wonderful host and it is a beautiful property. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

We had a great time at Chely's place! It's a beautiful house, Chely and her family are simply lovely and the surroundings are very idyllic. The place is also very close to the UCF main campus which was very convenient for us:) Would 100% recommend staying here to unwind!

Place is amazing. Clean and quiet with full kitchen and spacious living room Five stars for sure on this best getaway spot!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

This space was amazing, perfect for the what we needed! Close to the beach & close to amazing restaurants! Also perfect for a spot before you leave for a cruise

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.
