Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Bellissimo posto! La terrazza, la vista, e le scale che scendono al mare - tutto bellissimo. La casa pulita e con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, anche con un bimbo piccolo e due cani. Luigi e il fratello erano gentilissimi e disponibili sempre. Tante cose diverse da fare nelle vicinanze. Tornerei!

Appartamento moderno, funzionale, con una bella terrazza. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, dal quale si raggiunge facilmente il mare a piedi (5’). Si può arrivare a Santo Stefano camminando 20 minuti a piedi su una strada ombreggiata e pedonale. Casetta consigliatissima se siete a la ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla con un mare cristallino.

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Stefano was the best host. We had lots of questions and he was so kind and helpful. He had bicycles for us to use which we definitely needed. If you stay here I recommend planning to use the bikes or renting a car or moped so you can see the island. The place was beautiful and had the most wonderful view!! Orbetello town is very nearby and was lovely for drinks and dinner and a bit of shopping!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Casa Mãe in Sarteano, a peaceful and quiet house in the countryside. The house is very comfortable and beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool due to the bad weather. One thing to consider is the access to the house, as it's about 2 km on an unpaved road, which could be a bit risky for those with rental cars. The garden has an excellent view of Val d'Orcia, which made the stay even more special. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Daisyree was a very friendly and helpful host!
