My guests will also be able to go up to my Sky Deck which has one of the highest and most beautiful views of the lake and the Texas hill country. There is a private entrance for guest. Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.

8 miles east of Dripping Springs and 8 miles from SW Austin. The newly remodeled cottage has its own private entrance/deck, living room, 2 baths (1 with jacuzzi tub), a bedroom with queen size bed, and a smaller bed room w/full bed, plus a well stocked kitchenette. It is part of a larger cottage that has been divided in two (like a duplex). If waking to the sites and sounds of the country is for you, then this hill country cottage is the perfect start to a hill country adventure

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.

Welcome to Double E Acres! Our carriage house is nestled on a beautiful gated farm in Hill Country. A great place to unwind and feel like you're away from it all while being just a short ten minute drive to shops and dining in downtown Wimberley. Please note that we truly are in the country, set back into a neighborhood that used to be a cattle ranch! The closest restaurant/gas station/grocery store is 10 minutes or so away.

Conveniently located halfway between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake you can enjoy the amenities that both offer. Less than 10 minutes (approx 5 miles) from Whitewater Amphitheater and the popular tubing on the horseshoe of the Guadalupe River.

Enjoy this hidden gem in New Braunfels. This 392 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has it's own full kitchen with washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!
