The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

An amazing place, loads of space, carved up beautifully into separate kitchen (with huge larder, and utility room with chef's oven) massive dining room, same size lounge but very cosy, with all the bedrooms and en-suites you would need, even a separate annexe if needed too. An indoor heated swimming pool, with showers, changing rooms and a separate entrance off the beautiful garden tops it off! Great location for dog walks, and the local pub, coffee shop and convenience store, this is a must stay!

Picked the Lodge for a Bank Holiday break with friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcomed by Mel who gave us some great local recommendations. House was clean and had all the required amenities. Having the pool for the morning was great fun. Would recommend Small breeds centre if you have young children and Hay on Wye for a wander round

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! great cottage in a fantastic location with Carsington Water in walking distance and a lovely country pub too! Cottage had everything we could have asked for and our host was really helpful when we needed them. Highly recommend :)

Amazing stay at the Chapel.. house was lovely and perfect for our little family staycation. Clean and everything you needed - perfect find. The pool was an added bonus… the kids did not want to go anywhere…. Thank you and will be back for sure!!

It was a nice experience to stay at this 2bed apartment, if I ever needed a place to stay for a few days I will still pay for this two bed apartment.

Had a fantastic stay at Rest and Refresh’s place in Leicester. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The team at Rest and Refresh were super responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked the house for a family weekend visiting in Derby. Great central location. Fantastic house with high ceilings and original period architecture, tastefully decorated. Loads of space to relax in and was a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

We used James’ AirBnB the night before I got married and it was exactly the right place to be before such an important day! Clean, clear instructions to find and enter, and lots of amenities to help relax before the big day!

This is a perfect house for a group holiday. It's spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped and in a great location for exploring Buxton and the beautiful local countryside. We had a wonderful stay and would like to return.

Very communicative and kind host who left us some goodies and milk for our arrival. The flat is in a good location in a quiet street.

What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

As a large group of 24 people this accommodation was the perfect set-up. The surroundings are beautiful and a very convenient distance from Sheffield city centre. Debbie was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly and thoroughly helpful in helping with the logistical arrangements with a large group (for example helping with taxi’s or offering their minibus service) which was massively appreciated. It was wonderful to learn about how revenue from this accommodation is reinvested into charitable activities for getting young people involved in outdoor pursuit activities.

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. A truly wonderful and peaceful stay. The amenities were excellent—everything you could need to feel right at home. It’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, with acres of open land for long strolls and scenic walks up the hill. There were plenty of board games to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Pam was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and very responsive.
