für den preis hammer! super lage nah am hafen und in kleinen süßen gassen liparis, man fühlt sich fast einheimisch. simone haben wir nie gesehen, aber er hat immer schnell und freundlich auf nachrichten geantwortet und seine mutter war sehr süß. die wohnung an sich könnte zB in der küche etwas sauberer sein (der schwamm war zB schon etwas durch) und ist etwas dunkel, da das einzige licht über die ebenerdige tür direkt auf die straße kommt und ist auch nicht besonders gut isoliert also man hört viel von draußen, ist für den preis aber trotzdem weiterzuempfehlen! die terrasse haut die 5 sterne raus, die ist wirklich top! wir würden wiederkommen!

L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Lipari avec une vue incroyable sur la ville et la mer (encore mieux que sur les photos) Très bien situé on peut rejoindre le port, les restaurants et les magasins en 10 minutes à pied. C'est très pratique pour visiter Lipari et rayonner vers les autres iles. Nous sommes restés une semaine et nous avons adoré notre séjour (musée archéologique, tour de Lipari en voiture, randonnée vers l'observatoire vulcanologique, Vulcano, Salina, Panarea, Stromboli, petits restod sur le port, ...). L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Les informations pour l'arrivée étaient très claires. Je recommande vraiment ce logement comme base pour visiter les Iles éoliennes.

Notre hôte nous a accueillis dès notre descente du bateau pour nous mener à la maison tout proche. La maison était propre, très bien équipée pour 5 personnes. La cuisine contenait les éléments de base (huile, sel, poivre, vinaigre...). Les lits étaient confortables. Et l'emplacement était parfait pour rejoindre le port, les restos, super pratique le supermarché juste en face. La terrasse est géniale pour les déjeuners et diners au soleil doux de ce mois d'avril. Lipari est parfaite pour la Dolce Viat. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great place especially for the price. Equipped with everything you need. The room is a bit dark dark, but with a nice balcony. The apartment is surrounded by neighbors so don't expect it to be completely quiet all the time (thin walls). The communication with the host Margherita was easy and pleasant. All in all a convenient affordable place to spend the vacation.

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, ottima la pulizia e soprattutto posizione del monolocale, vicino a porto, bus, noleggi scooter/auto, centro. Sergio è un ragazzo molto simpatico e ci ha dato molti consigli su come muoverci, inoltre in casa ci sono molte brochure propositive. L'unica piccola pecca del monolocale è che, essendo vicino al porto, è un po' rumoroso la mattina presto, non essendo persone di mare non avevamo considerato questo fattore. Questo non comporta però un giudizio negativo, in quanto tutto il resto è stato perfetto.

La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla via principale di Lipari e a meno di 10 minuti da marina corta, la posizione è ottima. La casa è molto bella, nella sala da pranzo c'è una finestra molto grande che permette un ottima ventilazione oltre che esteticamente piu che gradevole, il cortile è davvero carino. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile ed è stato un piacere avere a che fare con lei. Il frigo è abbastanza piccolo ma non siamo mai rimasti senza bevande fredde. In generale impossibile non consigliare di alloggiare qui, esperienza molto positiva!

La casa di Marcella si trova in una zona fortemente isolata, ma incantevole, con una suggestiva visione panoramica sul bellissimo mare di Lipari e un cielo stellato osservabile in pochi contesti. Kevin e Marcella si sono dimostrati discreti ma assai disponibilissimi per il transfer al porto e per ogni esigenza. Gli appartamenti hanno il tutto necessario e, pur non essendoci l'aria condizionata, il clima di notte è fresco e ben ventilato. Esperienza indimenticabile.

Villa Mulino al vento con la sua meravigliosa vista sulla città di Lipari è la location perfetta per le vostre vacanze Eoliane. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi e dotati di ogni comfort di grande design. Le ampie terrazze e gli spazi esterni sono perfettamente curati e arredati, in grado di regalare momenti di assoluto relax immersi nella natura. Il valore aggiunto? Il super host Leonardo che ci ha coccolato e viziato con prelibatezze home made e la sua compagnia. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre curiosità e richieste; inoltre la presenza di Perla un affettuoso golden retriever ha addolcito tutti i nostri risvegli. Un grazie anche a Marithes per il suo sorriso e la sua deliziosa cucina. Insomma, sicuramente il posto perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

Alloggio munito di tutto, pulito ed ordinato. A circa 15 minuti a piedi dal porto, con il motorino a 2 minuti. Posto tranquillo per dormire, non si sentono rumori. Lo consiglio.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, a pochissimi passi dalle vie principali. Per qualsiasi problema Giacinto e la ragazza che ci ha lasciato le chiavi si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili. Consigliato soprattutto per chi vuole avere a disposizione un intero appartamento.

I LOVED staying here. The host was incredibly caring and went above and beyond to ensure the most incredible stay (including when I didn’t have the proper plug extensions to charge my phone. They even offered fresh fruit! The place is actually MORE beautiful than the photos. It’s private, tranquil, and a true peaceful oasis on top of the world in the island of Lipari. It was the most beautiful view I have ever had all to myself! This is an oasis not to be missed, and, the most incredible hospitality. Additionally, the town of Lipari central is charming. Lovely and 10/10. Also the sunset is different colors every day and morning. Magical. The value is beyond- he could easily charge more for how incredible this. Don’t miss it.

Il soggiorno presso Villa Fiorità è stato perfetto.Il luogo è incantevole, lontano dalla confusione e immerso nella natura.La vista sull'isola è mozzafiato.L'appartamento è spazioso, curato e con tutti i comfort necessari.I padroni di casa sono stati molto ospitali e ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio offrendoci anche prelibatezze del luogo.Consigliatissimo!

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Santina con la mia ragazza e un mio amico e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è veramente molto bella ed accogliente e Santina si è dimostrata disponibilissima a venir incontro a tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Quando torneremo a Lipari soggiorneremo sicuramente ancora da Santina.

Die Villa Serena ist wunderbar! Die Lage und der Ausblick waren absolut umwerfend, sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Villa und der Pool sind top gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns super erholt. Simone und Serena sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ihre Tips zum Mieten eines Fahrzeugs und zum Essen gehen waren super! Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder nach Lipari wollen. Vielen Dank für alles!
