The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Light,self contained private room /shower in my garden. Own south facing patio and table. Comfy king bed. Very Quiet location. Easy walking distance to Poole Town Quay about 25 minutes by foot. Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

The Flat, is a one bedroom, self contained space with living room, kitchenette, large bedroom, en suite bathroom & deck area. It is decorated in an eclectic and rustic style. The space is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend break, as an alternative, creative work space, or a cosy, unique place to rest your head as you explore what Dorset has to offer. A 10min walk from Ashley Rd where you can buy food and supplies as well as catch buses to Poole, Bournemouth and the Jurassic coast.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Old Studio

Completely refurbished 1 Bed Ground floor apartment with parking space. Ideal for couples. The building used to be a Recording studio used by many famous names. Great location close to Bournemouth, Poole and Sandbanks. Completely private with enclosed walled garden/patio. Restaurants, bars,coffee shops and an award winning bakery all within 100 metres. Main train line to London 15-minute walk. Please note the apartment is not suitable for babies or children under 18 years of age

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. It is designed like a hotel room, with no cooking facilities but with the addition of a hot tub 😇 Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive Durdle Door - 30 min drive Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!

A quiet residential area a few minutes from Poole, and a 15 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth. Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
