Zeno & Alassandra were lovely hosts. Zeno met us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment and responded quickly throughout the holiday when I needed any enquiries. The kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook any basic meals. (Two electric hobs, microwave & small oven compartment). In December the apartment was kept cool with A/C in the livingroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Only 2 minute walk to the promenade and beach. 5 minute walk to the local Spar & restaurants. Matagorda is a very peaceful & quiet place although it is only a 12 minute taxi ride to the busier Puerto del Carmen. This was our second time visiting this area. We had a lovely time.

The house was perfect for our stay. Extremely close to the Yumbo, a supermarket less than 100 m away. the bedrooms were lovely, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Maspalomas.

Stayed at this villa for one week. Great, responsive host who was very quick to reply to my messages. Also helpful and friendly. Villa had the usual appliances you expect to find (hairdryer, etc) and the kitchen was functional for making meals. Pool in good condition and there were nice views over to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Location was quiet and private. Supermarket within walking distance. I can't think of any negatives. Wonderful in every way! The cave itself felt luxurious- clad internally in marble, architectural features, cool and well ventilated, well proportioned. It was extremely well and thoughtfully appointed- every utensil you could need! Everything had been thought of- even fresh bread delivered each day! The site is seeped in nature- Mountain Views, beautiful greenery, fresh lemons growing in the gardens, donkeys chatting away and chickens popping over to say hello! The pool and outdoor dining area again beautifully done and clean. The location is great- easy access to a beautiful beach, Santa Cruz (brilliant city) and up to the mountains also local art galleries and science museum (our kids loved both). Belen was always contactable and sent us through so many recommendations of things to do- which was very helpful indeed! We need to return to tick more off the list! We had the most wonderful family holiday here and feel restored and relaxed. Thank you Belen and Antonio.

Si vous aimez les rangées d’immeubles impersonnelles et bétonnées en bord de falaise, face à la mer, ce n’est pas chez Xeph qu’il faut aller! Par contre, si vous recherchez un endroit authentique et paisible, foncez! L’endroit est juste exceptionnel et participe grandement à la réussite du séjour. La situation de la finca est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de l’île, ses montagnes, ses canyons, ses chemins randonnées mais également ses plages. Il faut se deplacer en voiture mais on est heureux de retrouver la belle Finca après des journées à vadrouiller. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons aimé les multiples endroits où petits déjeuners, déjeuner, dîner … ce n’était jamais le même cadre mais toujours une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La communication avec Xeph est réactive et fluide et il a pensé à tout pour qu’on l’on trouve facilement le logement. Piscine non chauffée, glaciale en février mais bon pour la circulation sanguine après les randonnées

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Sehr schöne Unterkunft in paradiesischer Umgebung. Luisa ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin die liebevoll und fürsorglich für eine behagliche und einzigartige Zeit gesorgt hat. Immer gerne frische Handtücher, dazu Eier und Avokados und Wein zur Begrüßung! Wir konnten sogar spanisch von ihr lernen und hatten netten, familiären Austausch. Danke! Eine unbedingte Empfehlung!

Begin met een waanzinnig lieve vrouw die alles voor je over heeft.Prachtige tuin en lekkere bedjes op het platje.Huisje met prima internet en alles is aanwezig wat je moet hebben.Heb zelf geen rijbewijs maar met de bus kan je overal komen,maar een klein stukje lopen naar de bus.Wel veel duiven maar daar heb je niet veel last van.Heel veel planten en bloemen geweldig vind ik dat!!PRIJS KWALITEIT TOP!!!!!!Jammer dat de communicatie via de telefoon moet want Engels of Duits spreken ze allemaal niet in Puntagorda,maar goed meer mijn probleem dat ik geen Spaans spreek(dus eigenlijk mijn probleem).Maar goed met vertalers op de telefoon gaat het prima.Ik raad aan ga er heen,ik ben er nu 2 keer geweest eerste keer 2 maanden,2e keer 3 maanden!!Volgend jaar had ze al een boeking in februari dus helaas ga ik dan niet,maar wil er graag weer terug.IK VOEL DE LIEFDE IN HET HUISJE .CIJFER EEN DIKKE 9

Wir waren eine knappe Woche dort. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, super sauber und die Terrasse mit Meerblick und zwei Liegen ist ein Traum. Die Gegend im Süden ist im allgemeinen ruhig. Es lassen sich aber direkt vom Haus aus einige schöne Wanderungen zu den Vulkanen, zum Faro und zu den Stränden starten. Die Strände in der Nähe haben uns gut gefallen, ein Mietauto sollte aber vorhanden sein. Zusammenfassend: Tolles Haus, schöne Gegend-> gerne wieder!

I can’t say any more than has been said. Wonderful host, excellent value for money and the hill is not Mount Everest. If you don’t want to go too far there are many restaurants 5 minutes from the apartment

La estancia es perfecta ,limpia zona tranquila de fácil acceso y con parking privado . Carlos el anfitrión muy agradable y atento en todo momento.

We spent 10 nights at the apartment,it has everything you need just like living at home. it is very clean & bright inside,the terrace is huge & a fantastic view it gets the sun from sunrise till late evening,if your up early you can watch the sunrise absolutely beautiful. Geetu is very polite & gave us a friendly welcoming,for a cost she picked us up from the airport then also took us back when we were due to fly home,not that we wanted to come home ☹️ We will definitely be going back to stay again & would recommend it to everybody. Thanks Geetu see you soon 😀

Ana Maria ist eine umsichtige und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat guten Komfort und ist für einen Langzeitaufenthalt ideal. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Ana

Todo muy bien, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario… José Antonio fue muy educado, atento y siempre respondía mis dudas, me aconsejaba e incluso me avisaba sobre el clima. Todo fue genial !!

We had a wonderful week staying at the apartment. Marisol was the perfect hostess, ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is situated in a nice and calm neighborhood with only a 3 minute walk to the Puerto Rico beach. The apartment was cozy and fresh-looking with a balcony towards the beach. It had great WiFi and Internet connection. We had nothing to complain about we really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to come back.

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

Sie war mehr als herzlich, immer ansprechbar und hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir sind mit einem Baby gereist, und sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Mieszkanie z najpiękniejszym widokiem w jakim kiedykolwiek byłem, warte swojej ceny. Było bardzo czysto, wszystkie udogodnienia i akcesoria kuchenne na miejscu. Kolejnym dużym plusem jest miejsce parkingowe w garażu w budynku obok, parking przy ulicy był często zajęty. W kwietniu brak klimatyzacji nie był żadnym problemem, wiatraki sufitowe w salonie i sypialni oraz dobre zaciemnienie mieszkania zupełnie wystarczyły.

Joaquin’s apartment is good value, it’s basic but ideal for couples who want a quite relaxing time, the kitchen has enough utensils to cook a meal with, and British tv channels The apartment faces the sun all day, the pool is lovely all though cold when there in middle March. There is a spa supermarket just across the road,restaurants are a 5minute walk from the apartment The Volcano being the best, Joaquin was very responsive with quick interaction and nothing was to much trouble, a nice touch was a bottle of red wine waiting for us when we arrived. Jose the apartment agent was also very good at communicating and his suggestions for restaurants very helpful. I would definitely recommend Joaquin’s apartment for a stay.

Unos días muy tranquilos. Muy bien situado para moverse por la isla. Bastante completo aunque hemos echado en falta alguna cosa básica en cuanto a utensilios ( algún trapo de cocina, papel de cocina, cubiertos…) pero ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Lo mejor, la piscina y la terraza!!
