Loved the place, too bad we only had to stay for a night. Will definitely come back!

The property is easily located on Google Maps. The host was very accommodating, and although essentials like towels and an amenity kit weren't listed, they were still provided. The place felt like home, and all appliances and furniture were in good condition. Even though it's not large, it has enough space to accommodate more than the six of us. My infant son didn't experience any allergies, so I can attest to the absence of dust. My family really enjoyed our stay and hopes to return in the future. Awesome work to the host and everyone involved in keeping this property in such great condition!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was conveniently near CWC just walking distance, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. We're definitely coming back.

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

We all loved staying in Sharl‘s place! It was a perfect experience for us. The place is very close to Naga, and very walkable. The neighborhood is perfect Filipino experience. The neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of Sari Sari stores to pick up anything we forgot. She was always very responsive as well! She highlighted to me what it is to be a great airbnb host! She even invited us to the big Peñafrancia festival in Naga. We joined her and her family at their family dental practice (great viewing from the 2nd floor) and watched the processional. We really felt like we have new friends Naga!

The hosts were easy to transact with, even with multiple reschedules, our requests were accommodated. Rooms were sufficient for a big family. A bit far from what we expected from the city proper but not that big of a hassle. All in all, the stay was pleasant even just for 1 night.

Overall, we had a great stay; the accommodation was spotless and conveniently located with easy access via Google Maps. The only downside was the water supply being unavailable between 2 and 3 a.m. Thank you!

We had a great time staying in Maam Judie's place. Though we exceeded for 1 hour she didn't ask us anymore for additional payment. She offered us a lot of freebies. It feels like home in the place. Thank you.

We held our annual get together at Jho's place and it was lovely. The place was clean, smells good and we loved that the decorations was minimal yet very cozy. We also loved the big mirror. The airconditioning was good, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, wifi connection was stable. The only suggestion I can give is to provide more drinking water. All in all, we recommend this listing!

We had a great stay at this place in Naga City! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Naga Central Terminal, which made getting around very convenient. The room looked exactly like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and chips, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Naga City. Great value and a comfortable stay!

Our Stay at Ma'am Evelyn condo was fantastic! The place was clean, comfy and as ad described. Ms. Evelyn was an absolutely fabulous host & she was so responsive.We will absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

For a short-time getaway, Casa Emmaria is a great place to wind up and while the time away. I find the place very ideal if one needs some quiet from the hustle and bustle of city life. The only thing that I could make a comment on is the shower room where the floor did not allow for the water to drain appropriately due to the fact that there was nothing that separates the shower floor from the outer area and prevent the water from flowing out all the way, But overall, the place was a great place to stay. I will stay in it next time. Maybe the shower room may undergo a little improvement by then.

This booking was really a rush booking due to bad weather condition that’s why we needed a place to stay right away. The host was very responsive and she accommodated us right away. The only thing is that the picture in the app did not match the room that was given to us. Though according to the host basically the same lang sya with the one in the picture and they have to accommodate us early since we don’t have a place to stay. The plus factor with them is that when we arrived at the condo we were able to check in right away. We didn’t wait for the 3pm to be able to be accommodated and I was very grateful for that 🙏🏻 the thing that I want to suggest would be towels, other toiletries like tissue and soap. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The location is very good and the place is very cozy. We will surely be coming back again and will recommend the place to other travelers with kids ♥️

The place was very comfortable! Very clean with a modern touch, heated water, AC, TV, and overall just a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere near the heart of Naga City! The area is walking distance from many popular places in the city. Most notably, M Plaza. We went there many times and it was very nearby with plenty to do and live bands every weekend! There’s also a SMmall very close by which makes a perfect location for any shopping. Host is very responsive for answering and questions I had with the place. Definitely recommend this place to stay for a comfortable home near some very chill settings for music and shopping.

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

My family in Naga stayed in Mr. Samuel’s place during the Pepito typhoon. The place was nice and very safe. He’s so professional and communicative host. My family love his place. They say it feels like “HOME”. Thank you sir, Samuel for being a great host. Highly recommended to group or Family who wants to stay in Naga. The place is also near “Centro” where you can do a lot of things. Good place. Good foods. 💯❤️
